Apparently a guy I follow on Twitter just checked the official gov website on Trump's page and the site says his term is over tonight at 7:45. It's not photoshopped as others confirmed seeing it as well.

I believe the State Department said it was done by a disgruntled employee. Pence's page said the same thing (although with a slightly different time stamp). Seems like an odd "got 'em!" for a disgruntled employee.
