All drafts will be on MFL.
I'm good with starting whenever. However, if even a single person needs to start at 10:30, we'll stick with that time.

Since it is a Sunday night... will an all FBG cast the draft should take ~3 hours if we do not have internet problems... 7 pm (central time) - 9 pm (central time) start would be great.
I am ok with an earlier start, but prefer no earlier than 8:00 EDT. Whoever said three hours is dreaming in my opinion. 22 x 12 = 264 picks x 1 minute each (optimistic) = 4 hours 24 minutes.
I would guess 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
I read in the other thread that the draft positions would possibly be up this week. Woould it be possible for the league site to be set up a little early so that we could all see how the draft selection works?
Many many thanks for being selected to participate. I am so happy that I got in the "short bus" circuit. Maybe that was due to 2/12 of the members being from Arkansas????

Does the draft have to happen live? Can we get the draft order and at least get a head start on it?
I'd be OK with this as well, as long as the timer was long enough for those of us that cannot access MFL from work (or no timer).

I say we turn on the draft and get as much done now as we can. Let people pick when they are available. MFL has the predrafting option as well. Then, at 8pm on the 27th, we turn on the timer and finish what is left.
I don't see much happening between now and the 27th that would affect drafting players. Any injuries would likely occur in August once the preseason starts.

Curious as to the satisfaction level that y'all have with your draft slot? I am ok with sixth. I tend to think that 3rd or 4th might have the best value. I also really enjoy drafting at the turns on quick live drafts. When you are sixth, it is more difficult to take snack or restroom breaks.

I'm very happy with 9. I actually don't own it in any current leagues this year. I've seen a wide variety of players at that spot; looking forward to seeing how it shakes out.

Every league will be a live draft.
Since that statement sounds like a nice way of saying that there is no chance of us getting started now, have we decided on the official start time on the 27th? 8pm was being thrown around earlier as a possibility. I can do it at any time after 7pm that night, the earlier the better.
We'll try to figure that out in the next couple of days.
