Okay been digging up recommendations from a few places and here's what I've come up with. Please correct/adjust/suggest as needed
TRIP>
March Madness Opening Weekend 2010
Thursday Morning (10am) Thru Sunday Noon. Staying at Harrahs.
Going with few cool co-workers and a client (laid back). 2 older (40s) coworkers are married but not stiffs. Younger coworker is my age-ish (early 30s) and single. I've got a GF so will be playing wingman to single buddy.... he'll need the help too.
GOALS:
Sportsbetting (obviously) - $25-50 bettor
Poker - Solid Player - Mostly Rings (Play 80% 4/8 Limit / 20% 1/2 NL in Tunica)
Dining - Will likely hit a nice dinner or two as we'll be entertaining a client. I'll likely hit cheap/low-key options during the day (ie Subway/Burger Joints/ etc)
Socializing - Definitely looking to mix / mingle
NIGHT LIFE:
This is where I'm looking for the most guidance. Given the company, I'm not down for the superclub/bottleservice gig. Looking primarily toward good bars / Ultra Lounges favoring 20/30-somethings. Last trip I hit Coyote Ugly / Ghost Bar / Seamless and enjoyed all 3. I've got a slight preference to proximity to Harrahs though I'll likely be cabbing it most everywhere so it's not a big deal.
Here's what I'm looking at thus far:
• Carnival Court - Harrahs
• Margaritaville - Flamingo
• Hard Rock - Center Bar (hit/miss?)
• Piano Bars - Harrahs / NY NY
• SToney's - If I/We decide to venture south
• Drais - Still decent or worthless now?
• Seamless - AFter hours Possibility. enjoyed it last time
Thoughts / Suggestions?

POKER / SPORTSBOOK SUGGESTIONS:
I'm primarily looking for setups with a good combination of Decent Sportsbook (not TOO packed / fun / decent drink service) and hopefully having a poker room close enough to run bets from (ideally w/ some TVs to watch the games). I imagine the action should be equally solid everywhere. Keep in mind we'll have a client in tow. Laid back as he may be, total dives are likely not in the equation for daytime sports-betting/poker.
Currently Looking at:
• Mirage (decent book / decent poker / bad drink service?)
• Caesars Palace (Solid Book / Big Poker Room / Too Mobbed?)
• MGM Grand (Huge Book / Solid poker room / Close together?)
Very much open to suggestions/feedback here.
EDIT TO ADD: ALSO looking for suggestions on best casinos for gambling (blackjack/craps/pai-gow) if you're looking to mix/mingle with the 20/30-something fun/party set. Trying to avoid stodgy old men and women as I get enough of that crap in tunica
Had heard:
• Mandalay Bay
• Hard Rock ?
• ????
Aware of the nearby good spots to pre-drink cheap ($1 michelob @ Casino Royale), gamble cheap (Casino Royale / Imperial Palace), and Eat Cheap (Ellis Island Steak Dinner/Victorian Room Breakfast).... but always open to hidden gems in that general vicinity if busto or just wanting to save some cash for other portions of the trip. Likely going to try to hit the Mac King show during hte day and maybe play in a cheap NL tourney or two as well.
