I checked a few other sportsbooks on vegas.com to make sure the comment above wasn't for table games or something like that and it seems these sportsbook pages are just about the sportsbooks.edit: Same goes for Monte Carlo apparently.

We just booked TI for Mar 17-19. It was like 39/59/129 for the 3 nights...not sure if my friend used a players card or if those are the rates right now.....

Considering TI along with Harrah's now. They slashed rates. From March 18th for four nights it is 69/109/99/69 plus 34 for taxes. I'm pretty sure they will hit you with a $20/night resort fee when you check in that is not listed when you purchase the room. ####ers.

That could be interesting. BTW, the resort fee at the Mirage is 15 per day on top of the 115.

they have regular tourneys also, but I can't imagine they are worth playing. you're much better off walking across the bridge to the Venetian for all your poker needs, IMO.

I'm done searching. Booked Harrah's thru bookit.com. Total cost there was $516 for 3/18 4 nights...they gave 25% off 4 night stays so that's why it comes in so low. Plus "$1000 in extras", so I'm sure that will contain at least one deal I'll be interested in.

Not HET (harrahs properties : see brown in my map) will charge resort feesTI is way the #### up there. Unless you wanna spend the week at Wynn/Venetian/TI/Mirage (not a bad thing) seriously consider location.

Vegas isn't the internet. Sit n Gos are few and far between and for the most part, they suck. Check out allvegaspoker.com for tourney structures. Tons of cheap games but most under $100 have huge (20-40%) house rakes. Not that they're not worth playin... just be aware.

I'm not sure about the cheapest, but there is a nightly $120 buy-in tourney that I've played in a few times and really like. I think it starts at 7 PM. It usually gets around 80-100 or so players.ETA: Here's a link

Headed to Vegas in April and staying at an off strip condo via a time share of my in-laws. My questions is do any of the strip hotels, particularly Mandalay Bay, offer admission (with or without fee) to their Pool/Beach areas??? Want to go somewhere where wife and mother-in-law can hang out by the pool, while -father-in-law and I gamble.

Also, considering driving out to the Red Rock Resort for the day if acceptable there too.

You need a reservation and there is a per person minimum of like 50 bucks or something like that for a 3 hour block. I don't think there is a minimum for other seating areas, but I never asked.

The 11:00 TI tourney won't go, never anyone there. The 2:00 likely won't go either. The 7:00 had maybe a dozen people or so. This is last week when I was there. Never played the room. Spent all my time at Venetian. The $150 daily is the best thing going. Good structure, deeper stacks, good prize pool. Usually goes 6 to 8 hours. Does NOT go if they are having their deep stack or NAPT stuff going on, so check their tourney schedule to find out about that.
