I'm freaking pumped that they removed the cap on certain positions in the franchise mode drafts...now you can draft 6'6" WR's, 95+ speed RB's, 6'4" DB's, etc. again. Makes the draft so much more realistic and I love scouting and building around these more unique, freaky players.
Anyone playing franchise mode needs to read the OP of the thread I'll link below, it explains every single thing about how player progression, development, and regression works. Its a LOT different than any other Madden--basically it makes no sense to invest any Training time in any play over the age of 26 and the younger the players you draft, the better for purposes of developement. Players get harder to improve at 26, and hit a wall at 28/29.
