Bobby Wade-WR- Vikings Mar. 6 - 10:34 pm et

Vikings signed former Titans WR Bobby Wade.

Desperate times. Wade can help on returns and is coming off a 33-catch season, but he has inconsistent hands at best. Minnesota should use him as their slot receiver and continue to add talent to the position this off-season. Tennessee looks very thin at wideout.

Wanted Bennett, got Wade.

Wanted Graham, got Shiancoe.

Still want Curtis but he left town without a contract, will probably end up starting Billy McMullen.

Vikings are awesome.

he was way better than I thought sometimes in TN and other times exactly what I thought. He's pretty good depth I guess. It hardly matters if they don't land a QB

If the past week or so is any indication of the kind of talent needed to run Childress's offense, then I think we're in for a long season!

I sure hope T. Jackson plays his #### off this season! We're gonna need it!

The funny thing is that one of these  signing will end up mattering from a fanasy perspective.
 Someone has to catch passes in Minnesota. (Doesn't help me as a Viking fan, but from a fantasy perspective - someone has to have some value on this team - don't they?? )

Unless the team drafts another WR early, and with few good other FA options, it seems more and more likely that Troy Williamson will get another shot at being the go-go guy.

No kidding. The Childress defenders were all saying we need to give him a season with his own hand-picked talent to see what his offense can do. If this is his hand picked talent, I don't think we need to play out the season to see where this ship is heading.

They didn't have any worthwhile fantasy WR last year...
But that was before they signed the free agent prize that is Bobby Wade!! :D

Argh. This actually is NOT what I wanted to see. Bobby Wade is not a game-breaking wide receiver. He IS, however, a talented kick returner, possession receiver, and great locker room guy. While there may be better #3 WRs in the league, I doubt there are better #3 WRs in the league for the money.

The Titans will miss Bobby Wade more then they will miss Travis Henry.

That's AWESOME news. Now all the Vikings need to do is find a #1 and #2. :)

Carr and the #8 for the #7 and a late round pick?Texans get Quinn, Branch, or Adams. Vikings get Ginn or Adams and a new QB.
