Any IDP guys or CIN homers please add any input you have on this guy. What do you guys think on Vincent Rey WLB for the Bengals. I guess he started and put up 7 tkls and a sack. Not too shabby. Is he worth an add in Deep IDP leagues. I'm in a 32 team league and thinking about adding him??? Thoughts??

I have him at 3 tackles, 4 assists, 1 sack. Middle of the road fill-in type. Plus I thought I saw they were planning on having Burfict get starter snaps. Need to double check that though so dont quote me on that.

Burfict definitely started that game. I think they played a lot of nickel, but don't have the snap breakdown.

Burfict started and I would guess even on snaps. In a 32 team league, just about anybody on the field has value, but I wouldn't be too excited. They still don't have Muckleroy mixed in yet, Moch will be off suspension soon and this was Burfict's first game. I would consider him a decent stop gap, but I doubt he has a large role once it all shakes out. Best case scenerio for him he keeps his nickel job all year while Howard is out.

I think they like Rey better as he is the closest thing to Howard in terms of being able to cover routes (not an indication of talent vs. the other guys, just familiarity with the system). Plus, he played Special Teams and I imagine that helps with the roster spots (can do a few different things for the team).

Agreed.Seems like a situation where they are going to bring Burfict along slowly. Probably best for both the team and the player in the long run.

Huge value in dynasty with Burfict. I grabbed him in all my leagues post drafts.

Let him go in one at roster cut down and he was picked up last week 10 minutes after his start was announced. Guy let him go Wednesday morning so I said thanks awfully and grabbed him back.

LB2 looks possible by next year, and if they move him into the middle, who knows where he goes.
