W15 and W16 DEFs to Target (1 Viewer)

I have the Titans but I am considering starting Indy v Detroit over them. I think Texans can score and Detroit is awful, so they may turn the ball over a lot and give up a DST score as well. Then again, Titans are a good unit, do I bench them? Tough call for me.
Indy D over TN D is a no brainer this week. Houston...at home...with playmakers on offense will put up points (sure..they may give up a couple of sack and an INT, but they will score). Detroit is pathetic and if CPepp is out....even worse. I'm also a TN D owner, but am rolling the dice and going with Miami this week and hoping Gore is out (my league rewards big point for holding an opponent to 10 points or less).
Yeah, I am going to roll with Indy this week, the matchup is pretty solid. Thanks for that.
me too. payed dividends last week.

AZ again this week:- at home- Vikings give up a lot of sacks and turnovers- Tavaris Jackson will likely be starting at QB- Vikes lead the league in ST turnovers allowed - Only 3 teams have given up more TDs off turnovers than the Vikings
:lmao: We are on the same exact page here. Also MIN will have to play catchup. What does ST stand for by the way?
I know. Even though the ruling went good I am having a hard time not starting Zona over Minn. Ap is great but w/tavarous there have to be a few turnovers, and AZ has been very opportunistic turning TO's into TD's this year. I don't see Tavarous changing that. Was suprised dods only game AZ .1 tds on defense this week in his projections. . Plus warner has been playing like an MVP. I mean Orton lit this team up for 50. Warner could easily do the same, especially without the benefit of a QB like Frerrote who is a much better "game manager" than Tavarous.Hard time over. I just convinced myself. If you told me preseason that in my first round of the playoffs Id have these twop d's, and be playing Zona I'd have laughed you out of the building.
I also have NYG D and I'm rolling BIG TIME with Zona this week. There are just too many indicators (listed aove) pointing to AZ D being a very strong start this week.

Am I the only one considering Oakland D vs NE if cassel doesnt play?
Personally I picked up NE vs Oakland, the Raiders have had a hard time scoring on anyone and if Walters has to play that even makes this a better match-up. I can see NE blitzing about 9000 times since the Raiders wr'ers can't beat anyone.

I have a dilemma to share and would like to hear your opinions. I think this topic would be better served here than in the WDIS forum.

My league only awards defensive points for defensive or special teams TDs and for holding their opponent to 7 or fewer points. I currently have Pitt and Indy defenses. Although Pitt has been the best defense in the NFL this year, they do not get many TDs. They play the Ravens this week, which will most likely be low scoring. But will they get a TD? The Ravens have good special teams, so I doubt Pitt will get a special teams TD. So I guess it boils down to whether tey can force a fumble or intercept Flacco and take it to the house.

Now Indy on the other hand has been one of the worst defenses in the NFL this year, but does get defensive and special teams TDs. They play detroit, who they will probably be waxing. Detroit has a terrible QB starting and will likely be throwing every snap once they fall behind.

Is there a better chance of Indy intercepting or forcing a fumble to the house that Pitt? What do you guys think?

just based on the matchup I would say the colts have a higher chance to score a defensive td due to how bad detroit is. But that is tough to predict.
