True, but it took Manning only 499 passing attempts to get to 49 td's while completing 336 passes . At the moment Brady has taken 536 passing attempts to get to 48 td's with 366 completions. Also Manning averaged 9.2 yds per attempt, Brady was at 8.4 yds before today. Though Brady had a great season, to me Manning's was better.

So the reason Brady is in a meaningless blowout with 2 minutes to go throwing out of his endzone is because it's unfair that Manning played in a dome?

I think there should be an asterisk next to all dome records, personally. There should also be some sort of asterisk next to any team who's QB broke a scoring record, then produced THREE points in a playoff game. And at the bottom of the page next to theat particular asterisk should read, "My record passing TD total should have been higher, but I was resting up so I could score 3 points in a big game against the Patriots".
