I like the Greene pick. Since you are pretty strong at QB, I think I would look at WR, either Robiskie or Britt. Both should be starting early on. I would take the one you like the best. A case could be made for either one. In 2nd, I really like Mike Thomas and Brandon Tate at WR. Each has a chance to be a stud in time. In 3rd, I would look at IDP, and I like Shawn Nelson and Jared Cook, if you need a TE.

Thanks. I had a shot at Nicks & DHB but I like the WR depth this year more than the RB depth. The lack of QB depth is worrisome, but I figured to take your advice and go with Robiskie. He and Britt are close, I just have a better feeling about Robiskie. Plus I've got Lavelle Hawkins, who I think can develop int hat offense. If I really need another QB it won't be hard to snag Eli or Rodgers backups later in case of injury. I also generally agree with your approach to the later rounds, though with every draft, it's always a wait and see thing. There could be some craziness later on.

Probably not. I think I would see what you have to add to 1.11/2.11 for Cotchery. Hopefully you could give just Galloway or Nate Washington. Cotch is not that big of a help in non-PPR. I might try offering 1.11 straight up for a guy like Coles ... who I think will have a huge year. At that price, you might be able to get more back.

I would easily do that deal. And at 1.11, I would target a WR (or possibly a QB). With your team, I would just continue to add solid pieces. You have good talent and will be fine in the long run.

Jeff, what do you think of McCoy?

I think he is a decent prospect, but I like DeSean only because we have seen enough to know he is a good player. Second yr players are good value just because we know more what to expect.

I think I would not pay more than Addai and Brown for ADP or one and the 1.05. It may not be enough, but I think there might be better trade options. He also has Smith and Turner, who would be nice to acquire if you can sell the 1.05 (and something small) for Smith or 1.05 and Addai for Turner ... I think it is a decent move.

I would definitely go with Lynch, but it is close between Romo and Bowe. I apologize for not remembering, but what is the scoring? I would think that I would load up on RBs with 14 teams. They will go quickly.

Just as an update, I ended up snagging Robiskie, and Mike Thomas was around at 2.7 so I got him, too. We're a little over halfway through the third round now. Third round went really well for me I think. I was able to snag Rey Maualuga at 3.4 and William Moore at 3.7. I've still got 3.9 and I've hit most of the people I want, so from here on out its all gravy. I've got Schefller and Keller at TE so I don't see that as a big need. It seems like Kampman's eventually going to be relisted at LB so I could use some help on the D Line, but I'm not sure if Maybin/Brown are worth a pick at 3.9. More or less what this is coming down to now is BPA or need, but even if I make a misstep here I'm still pretty pleased with the draft.

That is too much as well, imo. I think this is giving even more than the other. I think the three things I would look at would be:a. Trying to trade up to 1.04 for Donald Brown to pair with Addai .... this should not be overly expensive. b. Look for upside RBs in the draft like Norwood, Choice, Bradshaw, Hightower, etc.c. Look for Leinart later as QB3. Henne and Orlovsky are also decent options. I think all three start games this year.d. I would target a decent QB2. One will slide in the draft. e. I would look for cheap WRs as depth. Older WRs are usually good value since they are not keeper-worthy.

I think the value favors you. Bowe and Turner are about even and Rivers> Hill. You have good young RBs. I like your team a lot. I do think that if you make this deal, your 2010 will be much better than 2009 ... and that is a good thing. I like how Bowe has four years remaining. Rivers only having one yr left does discount him some, but Hill should not be a longterm starter in SF.I think it is a good deal for you. You will have a great young nucleus.

I would make that move for Palmer. I do not have a ton of faith in Warner longterm.I think I would go BPA. You could move a good rb for a good WR late if need be. If you want a WR, trade down. But, Brown is worth A TON more than those WRs, imo. I would say Smith is worth a late 2nd or early 3rd at most. He needs to show he is more than Bobby Engram on his best day, imo. By Engram, I mean a glorified slot WR.

I would make that move for Palmer. I do not have a ton of faith in Warner longterm.I think I would go BPA. You could move a good rb for a good WR late if need be. If you want a WR, trade down. But, Brown is worth A TON more than those WRs, imo. I would say Smith is worth a late 2nd or early 3rd at most. He needs to show he is more than Bobby Engram on his best day, imo. By Engram, I mean a glorified slot WR.

I would do that I think AFTER I see who is left at 7. I am not a huge leinart fan, but the az pair does increase the value.

I like Johnson more as a player, but Foster might have more of a role as a bigger back. When I watched Johnson play, he was very elusive and was quick (not fast). To be honest, neither are good bets for viability in fantasy leagues. Foster might have the easier road to starter.

I would drop Toomer without worry. With all of the veteran free agents in the NFL (Harrison, Burress, Porter, Matt Jones, etc), I cannot imagine Toomer being a fantasy factor this season. On James, I do not know what it means, but he is on some rosters in my dynasty leagues. I do not think the asterisk has any relevance.

This is the second year of a keeper league. I made it to the playoffs last year but lost in the first round.

We start:

We also have a rookie draft each year to for a taxi squad. We can keep players on the taxi squad and their value depends on where they were drafted.

1st round: $10/year for 5 years

2nd round: $5/year for 4 years etc.

There is not limit to the number of taxi squad keepers. I am keeping Chris Johnson for $10/year for 5 years.

Besides Chris Johnson I can keep 3 players. Here is who I am keeping for sure:

1) Aaron Rodgers QB($3)

2) Calvin Johnson WR($20)

My options for my third keeper include 1) Randy Moss at $40 2) M. Lynch at $48 and 3) Lance Moore at $3

With Lynch's suspension he is not a good choice. Moore isn't either with his surgery etc.(he is cheap though)

Looks like Moss is my only choice. I have tried to trade my first round rookie pick for MJD($40) but being that I have the 9th or 10th pick I don't think it will be enough even if I throw in my third round pick.(I lost my second round pick in a trade to get Rodgers). If I could get MJD for my 1st and possible 3rd round pick should I do it? Or should I just stick with Moss. Rodgers and Calvin Johnson are relatively cheap and I will have to spend big to get a RB1 as Chris Johnson will be my RB2.

So, with Rodgers, Calvin Johnson, Chris Johnson and Randy Moss as my keepers I have $127 to spend at the auction. What do you think? Moss may be undervalued this year and I might be able to get him back for cheaper.
