Arizona or Tampa Bay this week?Pretty significant scoring if you hold a team under 7 points, and some big negatives for 28+Other than that, it's one point for a sack and 2 for turnovers and blocked kicks. TDs are 6.Both have such juicy looking matchups that it's tough for me to decide which one to use.Rookie QB, no RBs, mess all year - could get up huge and force a ton of TOsWhitehurst, no offensive line, poor defense so they could get up big and play aggressively.

Go with TB since Hasselbeck could play. Plus, CAR is a good candidate to be under 10 points + sacks/turnovers

Hey Jeff, welcome back!crunch time, injuries are hurting. I need my flex guy. First for WRs I have Austin, Marshall and SMoss, so I could go all 3 but for RB, Don Brown, Jav James, Spiller, Felix Jones. If I go with an RB which WR rides the pine--- non ppr

I would start Santana; neither of the other two WRs are playing well due to QB issues but would be tough to sit. I guess sit marshall since he has 1 TD all year

I would hold tight on that deal. I do not see how it benefits you other than a small bump at TE

Goodson has upside in PPR only, but a lot of risk. I expect TB to pound the ball with Blount, making him safer ... but Goodson more upside

As you can see below, my roster is pretty loaded. I have the most points scored overall right now by a huge margin, but I'm actually still tied for 1st in my division. This would make me even better in the short term and leave me with a nasty RB/Flex trio with AD/Bradshaw/Foster. It would of course weaken my WRs in the short term though.

One big thing to consider is that due to the contracts of AD and Calvin I cannot keep them both beyond next season (the next played season, a strike year won't count), so I will have to move one of them within the next 2 years or end up losing one for nothing.

yes, I would do that in a non-PPR. Foster is a huge upgrade for your starters

I’m a little concerned about my TE. I have Keller who was terrific early, but hasn’t done much lately. And it seems since Santonio Holmes came off suspension, that his targets have decreased.

After watching Gronkowski light it up tonight, I thought I’d ask you whether any of the other WW options might be worth considering.

On our WW are Gresham, Olsen, Celek, Fred Davis (tough with Cooley there), Kevin Boss, Owen Daniels, and Dreessen. Gronkowski is there, but I’m assuming that tonight was an aberration, ands that Hernandez will be the TE target priority as we go forward.

Looking at Clayton Gray’s Strength of Schedule, Gresham has a “TE friendly schedule” with 4 “green” games wk 11 vs. Buffalo, wk 13 vs. New Orleans, wk 15 vs. Cle, and wk 16 vs. SD. He also has pretty good targets per game over the last five weeks at about 5.8.

Keller is getting about the same targets per game at 5.5 over the last 5 weeks. He only has one of Clayton’s “green” weeks…next week vs. Houston. And the Lineup Dominator likes Keller pretty much every week over Gresham…interesting…

Here are the week 11 matchups for some of those guys.

• Keller vs. Houston

• Gresham vs. Buffalo

• Olsen at Miami

• Celek vs. NYG

• Davis at Tennessee

• Boss at Philly

My 12 team performance league (no PPR) starts 1RB, 1 WR, 2 flex (in addition to other positions). My roster to pick these 4 starters from includes:

CJ2K

ABradshaw

Blount

Bowe

MAustin

Tampa Mike Williams

Britt

Obviously, CJ and Bradshaw are automatic, so I've been picking two from the other players based on matchups. I've pretty much managed to get the wrong guys in every week, including this week when Austin and Bowe went off on my bench while MWilliams finally didn't score in my lineup.

Issue #1: Are any of these guys automatic starters (Bowe or MWilliams)? Is Austin still must start, despite the changes at QB and coach?

Issue #2: I can dump Britt (or Greene) to pick up VJax. Should I bother? Is he enough of a possible upgrade to get into my lineup?

I think I would keep Keller one more week and possibly go week by week. There will be few teams to compete for the starting TEs. Check the points given up to TEs and take the top 4 TEs .... and pick up/start the best matchup every week

I would start Bowe until he flops. Bowe has put together a few straight good games. I would also only play Austin in good matchups. Definitely dump britt for Vjax. He will be a good starter from week 12 on

I feel better about Hernandez than Cooley. Even down a ton, and throwing often, Cooley saw few targets Monday night

In our league, teams that are no longer in playoff contention cannot trade with those who are to avoid imbalanced trades and it's looking like we're going to eliminate three teams this next week and a fourth is very close to elimination. Should I be looking to grab a little more firepower for my playoff run or should I stand pat and be well set-up for next year? If it matters, I'm currently 10-0.

It's a keep-5 12-team auction league with escalating salaries after the second year. 2 QB/2 RB/2 WR/1 TE/1 K/1 DST with 18 roster spots + IR. Standard scoring, with 4 for PaTD, 1 per receiving first down (averages to 0.3 PPR for RB's, 0.5 for TE's, 0.6 for WR's), plus bonuses for 60+ yd TD's. DST is weighted heavily towards points allowed and TD's.

My current roster (along with estimated salaries for next year, N/E = not eligible to be kept) is as follows:

[*]QB: Vick (~$30-35), Roethlisberger ($26), Garrard ($16), Romo ($61), Kitna (N/E)

[*]RB: A. Peterson ($74), Mendenhall (~$35-40), Brandon Jackson ($1), Choice ($2), Ringer ($2), Huggins ($6)

[*]WR: Fitzgerald ($30), Smith (CAR, $24), Owens ($8), Edwards ($1)

[*]TE: Davis (~$6-8), Moeaki (N/E)

[*]K: Rackers ($1)

[*]DST: Lions (N/E - I play D by committee from waivers)

I'm pretty happy with that roster, although I feel that my WR's are a little weak (starting Fitz/Owens, currently).

Here are the relevant rosters from the soon-to-be-eliminated teams:

[*]Team A: WR: Andre Johnson ($50); RB: Bradshaw (~$30-40), S. Jackson ($60)

[*]Team B: WR: Amendola (N/E), James Jones (N/E); RB: Gore ($65), Turner ($71); TE: Witten ($5); DST: Jets ($3)

[*]Team C: WR: Nicks ($20-25), Steve Johnson (N/E); RB: Tomlinson ($7); DST: Giants (N/E)

[*]Team D: WR: Calvin Johnson ($32), Jennings ($30)

Of those teams, AJ, Nicks and CJ seem like the likely upgrades for WR (and Nicks is potentially still worthwhile as a keeper next year) and Gore is arguably an upgrade over Mendenhall (not suggesting that I trade Mendy, only starting Gore over him).

Thoughts? Should I try to deal Jackson at $1 for a WR upgrade or Gore? Try another deal? Or stand pat with what I have?
