Wanted: someone I respect who supports trump for president (2 Viewers)

If you support trump for President and you're someone whose opinion i generally respect, I'm interested in hearing why.

There's no way I could vote for Trump or "support" him, but would say without question he's my favorite of the remaining viable candidates. Trump has by far the highest entertainment value, which is the most important characteristic I want in a president.

Great fun. Who knew elections could be so funny. I will say this, Ben Carson, is a very close second on the comedy scale. If I were to write a sitcom about a guy running for President who clearly DOES NOT want to be President, I couldn't invent a better protagonist than Carson.

I believe Eminence is highly on the Trump bandwagon...

I personally hope Bloomberg goes for it, by far the best candidate, not even remotely close.

I plan on writing in Selina Meyer.

I am pretty sure you don't respect me, but I am voting for Trump to cancel Timcochets vote.
I didn't, but I kind of do now
Not only is he going to do this, but he's also announced it at least five times now just in the last few hours. You really have to respect that.
Well actually I started yesterday. And people want to know what motivates a Trump voter. For me the Donald is pure entertainment.

I have the exact same question for Hillary Clinton supporters.
I don't know if you respect my opinion, but, presently, I'd probably choose to support Hillary. I do so for the following reasons (but mostly the first one):

1. The other viable candidates right now scare the #### out of me. Bernie is too fiscally left for my taste. Trump, Rubio, Cruz, etc. are disgustingly too far right for me on social issues and, to be honest, worry me regarding foreign affairs. Like that they may start WWIII.

2. Hillary, despite being disliked by many, is academically and professionally qualified. I think she'll do a good job listening to advisors, letting others more in tune on issues control them, etc. In short, I think she'll be a more reactive, less controversial president. I believe the power and roll of the president has expanded too far and I'd prefer a lame duck in there.

3. I liked her husband and I'm hoping he'll just secretly tell her what to do.

Wouldn't this just mean you'd lose all respect for them?
My father in law, who I otherwise respect very much, loves Trump (although I gleaned from our last conversation he may be pumping the breaks there). He's your typical religious business owner who hates paying taxes and loves Fox News so I try not to hold it against him.

Politics and religion: pretty much the only two areas where two smart, well-meaning individuals can vary so greatly in ideology.

If I vote in the presidential election, it'll be a protest vote and left blank. Gun to my head, I'd take Trump over Clinton, but I hate them both.

Clinton = lying criminal exhibiting poor judgement who is for sale

Trump = racist loudmouth

IDK, both really bad options.

I can bench press 245 pounds 12 times, do you respect me now? I can also type 70 words in a minute. I can still run a sub 4.75 40, even though my second toe is bigger than my big toe. Bruh, don't get me started on my vertical. Also, in my son's preschool class, I built the tallest tower of legos, dominated the under 4 year old field, this was just last week! Hopefully I now have your respect.
