Wayne/Harrison (1 Viewer)

Wayne has looked really good so far in preseason. Yes I know it's only preseason but when it's been multiple games one has to look at the data available.

Should the rankings of Harrison/wayne be switched or closer then present?

When it comes to Marvin...it's preseason. Both will be great players this year. But I think Marvin will have more TD's when it is all said and done this year. But it might only be by a couple.

Why not grab them both ? 2nd and 3rd round? If Manning is in for 40 td season like some folks think, those two should combine for 25 of those TDs....

I don't think the preseason means anything. However, I believe both Harrison and Wayne are slightly undervalued by most FF experts and ADP. Harrison, because his age has people projecting this is the year he slows down (as many also said last season). Wayne, because he had only 5 TDs last year.

Wayne will outperform Harrison for about 5-6 weeks, then Harrison will complain to Manning about not getting the ball and Reggie won't get a sniff.

Same way it happens every year.

I remember a few years ago they played the Saints on a Sunday night I want to say and the announcers were talking about how Harrison was griping to Peyton bc his stats were so low. I think Manning threw to him exclusively that whole night.

I think they will both do fine this year. Playing the Saints D can make the worst at any position look good.

Payton had a bad run there in the middle of the 2nd.

I did exactly that. I don't know if it's the right move. But I do believe Manning is in for a monster season and Wayne will return to double digits. Marvin will get his, so 25 combined TD's is not out of the question. Started off with LJ at 1, then got Harrison/Wayne at 24/25 turn. I just went with my gut, even though Wayne is ranked by many a few slots lower than Boldin, Chambers, etc. I think Wayne has a 1200+ yard, 12+ TD season in front of him. Bye week will be tough though..

i took wayne just over chambers and I think I shoulda took chambers now. but i think they willl be close

There will come a point in time, where that will end. Nobody can escape Father Time.I'm still waiting for Manning to 'freeze out' Reggie Wayne because Reggie 'called him out' and argued with him on camera.

I took Wayne as well over Chambers, Boldin, TO (don't want a repeat od last year when he was onmy team). I think Wayne is in for a huge year and in my mind has good possibility of top 5. He showd up in the playoff game unlike Marvin and for what its worth Peyton has been looking to him often in preseason. I think its just his time to take over as #1 for what will be a great passing offense.

Feel free to not post anymore until regular season starts then. I get so sick of seeing this post from you...it's all you ever write.Nice input. I wonder how coaches ever evaluate any players, since preseason means nothing?

Grid-When did that happen?
