WCOFF Entry Fee (1 Viewer)

I'm really confused.

I found the fee for auction leagues and draft master leagues, but the prizes for these leagues don't match up with what is listed under the "WCOFF Rules" so is there a WCOFF league or what is going on here? I'm so confused.

Also, without me trying to figure it out does someone know the approximate payout % these guys are giving?
