WDIS @ QB - Carr or Rivers (1 Viewer)

Given Carr's performance against KC, is he about to be on "hot streak"?  Rivers has the better match up but on the road clear across the country.  Currently leaning Carr because if he does get on a "hot streak" I don't want to miss it.
