Hell to the no. Bomb the #### out of them after 9/11. If troops were in the minute we got OBL start the plan to gtfo. Drones, satellites, what ever else they got spying on them as best as possible. If you can work with anyone who says they will build schools, roads pay them until you see they aren’t doing it.
