Earlier I posted that I could see Darnold over Richardson. Richardson will have monster games but it feels like he will cost you more games chasing them then he will win for you when you hit. If he ever finds passing consistency, watch out. Until then I guess I will go with Darnold.
I am having trouble with Tua v Darnold myself. I am very hesitant to suggest Tua but I have a gut feeling that the Dolphins offense may suddenly wake up this weekend with Tua under center. No way of knowing without risking it. Darnold is the safer play, Tua is the upside play. Right now, for me it's a coin toss.
I'll bench Kirk until further notice. Guy has done nothing this year and looks like the third option in the passing game.

My WR room got decimated with Godwin and Aiyuk. Who to start at WR (no TE mandatory) in a 1/2 point PPR. Olave or Njoku? Olave going through protocol. Unknown what Saints will look like. Chargers will shred them on the ground so they should have to throw. Njoku getting Winston to throw vs Baltimore, who just gave up a ton to Otton. I'm leaning Njoku as Balt has not been good on pass D and with Cooper gone they really don't have many other viable options

I might be willing to go with Richardson here because the Chargers, given the chance, will run on every down (figuratively) and they might have that chance this week. If QJ comes back this week, I may consider Herbert as having more upside. Not as much as Richardson but he is suffering without a full complement of WRs.

Tua is the conundrum of the week. Honestly I think I play the matchups and choose between Darnold & Tua... it's a coin toss because both Ari & the Rams have similar pass defenses and are weakest against the run. I'm still undecided.
I guess Mahomes won't have to throw much against the Raiders and it doesn't look like the Hopkins deal has been finalized yet (seriously, what's up with that?) so I don't see him contributing this week.
Mayfield>Mahomes just because he will probably have to pass more... assuming he can find anyone open that is.
Goff is on a historic run right now. The only downside is it looks like a game the Lions should control start to finish so maybe they don't pass so much... and they already pass so very little.

From a fantasy perspective the Bears offense runs through Williams more than the Lions offense runs through Goff.

I guess Coleman on the presumption that it will not be a blowout so Davis may not see the field so much. Also, Amari will draw more coverage leaving more opportunities for the other pass catchers in Buffalo.

I'm not benching Chubb who I think will get better every week. I like McConkey a lot but I go with Doubs against that soft, soft Jags pass defense.

The Cowboys only offense comes through Dak's arm.
Goff has been amazing but he may only have to throw 12 times this week.
Nix is a bit of a wild card, I can see rolling with him this week over both Goff & Dak but psychologically I don't think I'm ready to do that.

This one has shown up four times already and I am still not entirely sure which way I want to lean here.
The Rams & Arizona are weak against the run. The Vikings pass a lot more but that is for obvious reasons, with Tua back I expect to see more passing from Miami too.
The smart move is probably to wait a week on Tua but... IDK that Miami team is looking for a spark and they could turn it on immediately. Tua has been practicing but there is always a possibility he could be a late scratch and we need to decide on this one today.
I think I am now leaning Darnold.

I go Darnold also. I think there's sooooo much risk to immediately relying on Tua. I hate to be a doom monger but he might not start or play the full game, I certainly hope he plays and plays well and comes through it and has a storming second half of the season.
Given the pass defenses the respective QBs are facing being quite similar, I think unless you have a very high risk tolerance...go with Darnold. Perhaps it's just for this week until we see how Tua does and I mean who knows, he could blow the doors off but if it were my decision, I'd be ok with missing that for a solid outing and then re-assess.

While Minn has a nice Def they do give up lots of Passing/Receiving Yards so I think this might be more of a shootout then expected.
I want to give Tua a game for him to get "re-acclimated" to ensure he is really 100% back.
I think Chicago runs Swift all day.

Surprisingly I want to say Bo Nix... but I can't.
I may go with Tua here. Risk is a big part of the equation obviously but, Richardson is just as much a risk to get knocked out as Tua IMO. So if you want the safe points go with Nix, otherwise...

I like Darnold but he’s starting to slump a little - also has two games with the Bears. Lawrence may be the one to grab since the TE is back, and the division isn’t that strong. Personally I think AR will break your heart when you need him most, I would let someone else deal with the headache.

I would at least consider Cooper over Adams, he's on a much better team for sure. But there isn't a ton to distinguish the two just yet.
I like White a bit because Irving has been missing practice and I think they will have to use him more in the passing game. I would consider starting him over Robinson. It's a better matchup too, IMO

You can run on the Bears. If Mariotta starts, BRob is probably getting all the goalline carries. I like your 4 WR’s, down to BRob vs White. You make that call, PPR R White is probably worth a little more without Irving.

However that feeling wasn't strong enough for me to start Tua over Caleb.
So I do understand benching Achane. Your lineup looks strong as is and it is a luxury to have fallback options like Achane & BRobinson. Those my two choices if you make a late pivot from what you have. Achane for upside Robinson for the high TD chance and likely safer floor.

Kyren is a great choice, he deserves more love than he gets, probably. The offense runs through him and he is one of the true feature RBs in the league. I think Kupp is going to play so maybe there will be slightly fewer stacked boxes. Plus you know Kyren will get all the goal line love. He literally has at least one TD in every game this season. Close game of blowout Kyren will see ~20 opportunities.
Monty also deserves more love. The Lions should handle the Pygmy's and there should be plenty of scoring opportunities. However, you know the drill, the Lions score in lots of different ways. I think Monty has a great floor but he prithas a higher ceiling variance than Kyren.
I like both Kyren and Monty over White just because of the touchdown probability.

In superflex I had Herbert starting over Stafford but with Puca and Kupp back and Herbert’s whole WR room on the injury report I’m thinking of a flip flop.
I also own Puca and wondering if I should slide him in over Jaxon Smith and Dionta Johnson. I really want to wait and see on him. But the Thursday stack sounds like fun. Or a big fat pile of poo. I can’t decide.

Baltimore may be all about running the ball but defenses are going to have to start putting 9-10 guys in the box so the pass catchers in Baltimore should be running wild. He may not get a bunch of targets but he should get some high quality ones and Lamar looks locked in and truly driven. I wouldn't bet against the Ravens vs anyone, with the possible exception of Detroit... maybe.

I had the same issue and picked up TLaw since his schedule looks easier and BTJr is coming along nicely while Tank picks holes in DL seams.

* JSNjigba vs BUF -- DK could be out. Has not practiced. BUF D is very good against perimeter WRS (i.e. Lockett) but is pretty average to poor against the slot (JSN). Could get a lot of cheap PPR points. SEA and Geno are also slinging it quite a bit and should have to keep up with Buffalo.
