Which of the TE's from week 1 are most likely to be solid performers the rest of the way?
Randy McMichael - I watched some of this game, and StL seemed to look to him a lot. There was talk of featuring the TE more in the preseason, and at least in this game it appeared so.
Robert Royal - To me, he's been a fringe guy, bye-week fill-in, sleeper, whatever. Can he become a bigger part of things?
Fasano/Martin - I lumped both Dolphins together, because it's doubtful that they both have good fantasy seasons. Fasano had the better game, and I do recall watching him look good for Dallas the last 2 preseasons (making him a "Parcells guy"). Could he be a good play, given the combination Miami's unimpressive WR corps and Pennington's weak arm?
Bo Scaife - He had 5 rec, 51 with Young in the game and 1 rec for 44 yds from Collins. Was the long one from Collins a great play, or just a fluke kind of thing? Wycheck had 2 very good seasons in Heimerdingers system (00-01) before he aged and they went to TE committee. Will the TE be more or less involved with Collins as QB?
LJ Smith - product of the Rams being horrible, injuries to Brown/Cirtus, or back to being McNabb's red-zone guy?
Rosario - not buying it...too many other choices when Steve Smith returns, and the TD was a fluky semi-hail-mary kind of play.
What do the sharks say? Anyone watch any of the games and have more insight?
Finally, which week 1 TE busts are we worried about? Heap, Clark, Cooley, or none of the above?

As far as Rosario, I had heard some sleeper buzz and was watching the Panthers-Chargers game quite closely, ahem, recreational purposes.I thought he looked great all game. I'm actually a bit bummed he scored the high profile gamer-winner, as I'm not sure he'll slide to my WW spot now.The other guy I like but won't put in a claim for is Carlson. Everything I read is that the Walrus has a HUGE mancrush on the guy and that he'll do big things in this offense.Scaife & Royal I'm a bit dubious of simply as they kind of have been in this place before and not made the leap, but maybe this is the year?
Great update. Thanks for posting. Sounds like great news for Ant'any.
