I hope he's not going undrafted in leagues where you normally carry 5+ WRs, but in shallow leagues, a good candidate against Leigh Bodden or Fisher/KellyLaurent Robinson
Agreed, or whomever ends up as the Ravens starterSome possibilities:- Troy Smith after he actually looks solid against the Bengals, likely to be one of the worst defenses in the NFL (sorry Jene and John)
I'm gonna go with Michael Pittman
17th offensive player (6th WR) added to a roster in very owner-strong 12 team survivor league. That should put him right on the cusp and certainly FA potentintial in 12 team so-so leagues.I hope he's not going undrafted in leagues where you normally carry 5+ WRs, but in shallow leagues, a good candidate against Leigh Bodden or Fisher/KellyLaurent Robinson
Jacob Hester
I'll be watching for him tonight in Canton.Roy Hall
I like Robinson but Leigh Bodden is goodI hope he's not going undrafted in leagues where you normally carry 5+ WRs, but in shallow leagues, a good candidate against Leigh Bodden or Fisher/KellyLaurent Robinson
Troy Smith, absolutely. If anybody's been following my threads/posts in regards to him know.Watch out! Some possibilities:- Troy Smith after he actually looks solid against the Bengals, likely to be one of the worst defenses in the NFL (sorry Jene and John)
So you think LT gets hurt in game 1? I do have a feeling that LT gets hurt early though. Dont ask me whyDarren Sproles

At Blockbuster? The movie?I'd say Keller.Team Legacy said:the return of Michael Clayton.
I am hoping it being the first of 5 games for the Colts and Roy not making an offensive appearence until the 3rd quarter doesn't mean anything, however, the rookie looked good and and he has return abilities. Maybe add Pierre Garcon to this list, if lastnight meant anything.happy_donut said:Roy Hall
Good one MOP, DJ should be Delhome's go to guy in the redzone with SS out. Another one would be Darrel Jackson of Denver. I hate him because of his hands, but with Marshall gone for 2-3 games, Cutler should rely heavily on him and Schefler.Mushin Muhammed and DJ Hackett with Smith being suspended for 2 weeks.
the FB?I'm gonna go with Michael Pittman
This is exactly what I thought of when I read this thread. But to play along, I guess you can say what guys do you kind of think may have a chance to do something that you just didn't draft.First, the number of rounds and teams in your draft play a significant part in this discussion. Let's say it's a 12 team league, 18 rounds. You still have a little talent left in the waiver wire..maybe some wide receiver rookies or some old vets. So, I guess my answer to start is a WR. Sometimes, an entire league can miss a wide receiver who didn't show much during the preseason.Depending upon your league but it could be someone like a S. McDonald from the Lions. He's not going very high, decent player who's supposed to NOT get much action in this current offense. HOwever, if he catches a touchdown pass week 1, he'll be picked up.Amani Toomer- Another Vet who could go undrafted. Who knows what's up with Buress, Toomer played well at the end of last year and looks decent this year. If he catches a TD week 1, he'll be picked up by someone.Fasano at TE- He may be drafted but maybe not in some leauges that don't require you to carry two TE and it's only 18 rounds. If he gets some looks early on, I could see Fasano being picked up.The Ghost of Common said:If I knew now, I'd just pick him up right now and he would no longer be a waiver wire pickup.
