Steve Smith CAR vs. a less than stellar secondary.
I think the Giants are going to eat Matt Moore alive come next Sunday. This defense is pretty underrated currently, especially opening up a new stadium vs a rather green QB.
You must have a short memory. :goodposting: Don't you Gint fans remember what happen when they played their last game at their old stadium? Let me remind you....Panthers - 41

Giants - 9

Do you seriously think you deserve to be talking smack about Matt Moore and the Panthers after that beat down the Panthers gave you last year?

Although I have Santana Moss on my roster, I'm sitting him versus Dallas.

McNabb is hurt, so why have Moss so high? Dallas secondary is pretty good.

What's the reasoning?

Seriously?

That debacle featured the likes of Aaron Rouse, Kevin Dockery and Mike Johnson starting in the secondary. Not one of those 3 Dbacks are starting on NFL rosters today. I'm sure Matt Moore is going to hang 41 on Rolle, Phillips, Webster, Ross and Thomas Week 1. "Start him with confidence"

Crabtree seems awful high. I'm big on him but he hasn't played one preseason snap (yeah I know abou last year). Everyone really think he's going to be that great right away?

Man i really think gaffney will have a big gm vs the jags... Just look at gaffney last 2 gm's played with orton and no marshall... not including the nice preseason...... lock for top 20..imo..

edit: saw the week 1 RBs were done by another member so I added my top 20 WRsCalvin Johnson v CHIDesean Jackson v GBRandy Moss v CINAndre Johnson v INDRoddy White v PITSantana Moss v DALMichael Crabtree v SEAOcho Cinco v NEMiles Austin v WASHakeem Nicks v CARBrandon Marshall v BUFMike Williams (TB) v CLELarry Fitz v STLPierre Garcon v HOUGreg Jennings v PHILee Evans v MIAMalcolm Floyd v KCJabar Gaffney v JACDwayne Bowe v SDSteve Smith NYG v CAR****UPDATE:.... so.... not braggin (but will)... and hate to say I told you so BUT.....1)low scoring affair (as I predicted and stood by)2) henderson outscores Colston (had to be edited, neither was in my top 20)3) no MIN or NO receivers in my top 20 (same as above)all in all.. not a bad start for me
Reggie Wayne?

I'm aware of who is and is not in my top 20 rankings.... I got slammed over Colston, Harvin... but that seemed to work out ok.

clearly I will have some wrong... Wayne could finish no1 for all I know... but my ranking have Garcon ahead of him, and I will leave it that way.

good start for week 1... made some decent cash on the Under.

Eaten Alive. Next time you wanna hop in with the eye rolling, you should probably not use 2009 results to try and predict 2010 outcomes.

As for the OP, pretty nice work. Opportunity was there for Calvin, and the Ocho/Nicks/MWilliams calls were very nice. I hope you continue to throw some more top 20 lists out this year. I like outside-of-the-box thinking.
