A few early ones. Half PPR, need 1:
- Cooks @ Titans
- Renfrow vs Bungles
- Moore vs Dolphins
Same situation:
- Toney @ Bucs
- Gallup @ Chefs
- Agnew vs Niners
PPR, need RB/flex working on the assumption Hopkins and Kamara are out:
- Collins vs Cards
- Davis vs Pats
- Freeman @ Bears
- Hines @ Bills
- Agnew vs Niners
- Cook vs Stealers
Will likely have a dumpster fire superflex question later but these are what I'm looking at for now, cheers
1) I think Renfrow is the right choice here. His role seems to have expanded just a touch since the unfortunate Ruggs situation went down. Nine targets, seven catches, 47 yards & one TDs in each of his last two. I like Cooks but he's up and down too much as is Tyrod. I might have gone with Moore if White was starting but now we have Flaccid behind center which is just a bit too much of an unknown.
Renfrow>Moore>Cooks
2) This is a bunch of "who knows?" I honestly can't give a very informed opinion. Like everyone I love what I saw from Kadarius in week 5 and I don't think either of these other two are capable of putting up 10 for 189 & a score. But I'm also not sure Kadarius has another one of those in him.
Kadarius>Agnew>Gallup but it's really just a guess
3) I am no longer confident that Collins will lead these options in touches. He had been a 17 touch guy and he's been a 10 touch guy over the last two. He's probably a liability in the passing game and may be limited in that respect.
I would have hoped Davis would see more touches after Cordarrelle got hurt but that didn't happen. Maybe being down 21 points before the anthem ended contributed to that but it still was not reassuring. Maybe, if Cordarrelle is limited he will see more action tonight but it's tough to rely on. Plus will they really be quality touches against the Patriots defense?
Freeman is thoroughly uninspiring and Latavius is back. But it could be a very good game script, although I seldom put too much weight in that.
I kind of like Hines here a little because it's PPR. He has a small but seemingly clearly defined role and he has enough wiggle to maybe, possibly break one off...likely not though. Super tough matchup too.
Agnew...Agnew...yeah I can see it here. The Niners are seemingly vulnerable to the run and Agnew is a bit of a Swiss Army Knife and will see maybe 2-3 carries along with 4-5 targets. He is also capable of ripping one off so...maybe.
Jared Cook? I mean...no.
Agnew>Hines>Davis/Collins/Freeman
