We may have been defensive about it after the Hochuli game, but it's clear that the Chargers are better than the Broncos, this year, by a large margin. Playing like this, I honestly think they could be a legitimate title contender, something I'd never have thought about an 8-8 team.Congratulations to the Chargers and their fans on a great comeback to win the division again, and best of luck in the playoffs.-A Broncos fan

This is only the second game this year that Sproles has touched the ball 10 times or more (on offense). That is just plain stupid. The guy is a playmaker.

I like the guy a lot, but anyone who signs Sproles expecting more than a Jerious Norwood role is expecting too much. He's great b/c he's a change of pace. I would not want my team running him out there as the #1, every down back.

True, but he should be touching the ball more than he is.Anyway, congrats to the Chargers on winning the division. They'll put up much more of a fight against Indy next week than the Broncos would have.

I doubt it. They were pretty much on cruise control most of this game. If Indy wins it's likely because Indy is simply the better team.

My point is that they have faced elimination for the last 4 weeks - so they have been playing at a "playoff" level during those 4 weeks. Sorry if it was misleading.I am wondering if there is some letdown - they have played their butts off and Norv Turner really deserves some major credit for keeping them together at 4-8. Can they keep it up?

I'll be surprised if this doesn't fall during the week with people pounding the Chargers. Assuming LT's abdominal strain is a non-story, take the Bolts and the pts. Tough to envision Rivers losing to the same team on his home field twice in the same season.
