WEEK 3 PRESEASON GAMES THREAD? (2 Viewers)

There really shouldn't be a doubt in the Jags QB race.

Bortles showed more in the last 1:51 from his own 5 than Henne showed the rest of the half.

Frozen ropes when necessary, long touch passes to throw the recvr open when called for, stepping up in the pocket.

A ton of poise.

I was literally just about to post, "well at least Eli hasn't thrown any interceptions."

ETA: well it was overturned, but yeah...and now the Jets rush 2, drop 9 and get quick pressure on Eli.

Agree totally. His arm is live, the ball just flies out and he moves really well in the pocket.

is he targeting anyone particular, or he hasn't been in long enough to judge?

He just had that lone 2 minute drive and it seemed like he was spreading it all over the place. I don't think any of the 1st team Jags pass catchers were out there either.

thank you

Who remembers Thompkins from the preseason last year... Don't make much of NE preseason.

He had like a gazillion targets against the Lions.

I know I will get laughed at but....edelman=welker
Nothing to laugh at at all...as long as Edelman stays healthy he will be fed early and often by Brady...the kid is just hitting his prime (remember he was a college QB) and he has a real opportunity to put up big numbers for the next 3 years or so...

Does Allen Hurns look like a player? I realize its only preseason but he's had impressive numbers 3 games in a row.

schaub chucking ducks, my god he looks bad. offensive line not doing much to help, but i'm not sure that would matter. another long season for raiders fans.

RW looks great! I have my big money auction tomorrow, and I think I'm going with Russell and his $5 price tag. Cutler looks very good as well. Especially considering he's playing the defending champs at home (See Payton in SB). But like I said, RW looks great and I think he finishes as a top 5-6 QB.

Was Jonas Gray really getting run with the 1s tonight? Chances he takes that Ridley "big back" backup spot where he's a fumble away from significant touches?
