You know, everyone's situation is different, and I realize that.
All waiver wires are not created equal.
But in most leagues it seems as though the RBs are the more prized commodities, can we not all agree on that?
I have seen several people in this thread mention dropping Crowell. (NOTE: I am not singling any one of you out, but follow below)
At this point, Crowell is still pretty much the "starter" on his team.
Turbin is basically an afterthought, or off on the bench somewhere drinking a gin and tonic.
Duke Johnson has proved absolutely nothing, and hasn't looked like he is going to take any work away anytime soon, as far as I can discern.
4 touches for three yards last week??????
I know we can't depend on Crowell for much, but I can certainly believe that he is a must hold at this point, unless you are essentially loaded with better scenarios.
I don't see him as anything you can realistically get anything for at this point, his value is almost zero. But his situation has value, does it not?
I can see him as a possible "low end RB2" in a few starts this year.
Who knows, maybe he starts picking up a little steam in the meantime.
I'm not super high on the guy, but just cutting bait on this one seems like a bit of a panic move.
