SO apparently clotheslining a QB giving himself up isn't a penalty but Clay Matthews making a legal Tackle for a sack on a QB is? And people wonder why myself and the Players call bull#### on the NFL patting themselves on the back for Player Safety rules!!!!

Even an Eagles fan should be able to see that Carson slid late and the tackler was already committed.Wasn't even a hard hit. Good no call

 
Now I'm pissed off for not starting Alshon in fantasy this week. Didn't expect him to make an impact so quick. Could be the difference of me winning and taking an L this week  :wall: :rant:

My point is if they are gonna penalize Clay for making a legal tackle then consistently a play like that should be a flag. Zero consistency in the league on what they see is a foul and whats not.

UNderstandable frustration, but they've never treated a running QB downfield the same as one standing in the pocket, nor should they.

IE: I agree on the Mathews sack, but see it as a poor comparison here.

That's a reputation call right there. Jalen gets PI a lot but that was not warranted.
