I didn't realize Gibson might not play.
I think you have to go with Sermon.
Sanders is pretty clearly the lead guy in Philly and he's healthy. There is also a good chance for a negative game script. I don't see much upside for Gainwell this week.
It really sounds like Mitchell is in a lot of pain and we're talking about a shoulder injury. Even if he plays (still a question) and doesn't aggravate the injury I think they will spell him more than a traditional lead back.
Sermon has the clearest path to touches and a more favorable matchup on paper.

I'm in the same boat with Cincinnati.
You have some nice options and you shouldn't blame yourself if whoever you pick doesn't pan out. And you definitely shouldn't blame me
I have rose colored glasses for Mike Williams. It's understandable to question if the wheels are going to fall off at some point but how can you sit a guy who is producing at a level above any WR not named Cupp? He's getting excellent and consistent volume, he is capitalizing on his opportunities, Herbert is looking his way in clutch situations and, for me most significantly, he appears to be their #1 option near the goal line.
The next two are a little tougher. I say Waller because his opportunities are slightly more consistent than CeeDee and he has a much more favorable matchup.

Since the Raiders play on Monday I would wait for today's practice reports before deciding.
If you have to submit your lineup right now you probably go CEH.
If Jacobs looks to play I worry that he will be on a pitch count. Even so I think he has a better chance to find the end zone than CEH.
CEH is probably the safe/smart play particularly as he looked good last week and KC should handle Philly.

I think the Dolphins just lost their center for the year which sucks. But Indy may be about to collapse entirely. I like Gaskins for both opportunity and upside. His receiving also gives him a boost in PPR.
Javonte looks strong but I am still very unsure about this Denver team. They are tough to gauge when their first three opponents are still winless. Baltimore is a challenge regardless. He could have a big game but I think, of your options, he has the least chance to exceed his floor.
DeVonta is fun to watch, gets consistent targets and is likely facing a plus game script. The downside is 7 targets/game doesn't look so good when you are only converting about 50% of them.
Can't trust Mitchell's shoulder this week.
I like Gaskins.

intrigued with Aiyuk here. coming out of the doghouse, maybe this is his breakout game. Niners going to need to score pts and their run game is suspect with so many moving parts. at some point Aiyuk is going to have that massive game.
Who does Ramsey lockdown is it Moore or Kirk? IF it's Moore, you're screwed there. If it's Kirk, you've got some wiggle room.
N.O. defense has been pretty stout against the pass tough to go with Golladay.
Dsmith is OK he's not going to hurt you, good chance Eagles look better than last week maybe a spirited effort vs Kool Aid's team.

I don't love the Giants passing game for Golladay because he seems to be running the longer, slow developing, lower % routes. But we know he has the talent, he has been getting consistent looks and Shepard is out.
Moore is a dart throw but at least we have seen him get volume and capitalize. Cards should have to pass all day to keep up with the Rams. Moore is a decent upside play.
We don't know much about Aiyuk yet. Kittle is out and SF doesn't have a deep roster of pass catchers so he should see opportunities. I just have no idea what to expect.
DaVonta gets looks but, like Golladay, his conversion rate, for whatever reason is low. Philly has a tough matchup and should need to throw but after all the criticism for not running last week will Siriani overcorrect? Probably not.

Standard scoring, If Kittle doesn't go who is the pick up? I have the following seemingly decent options:

Conklin (vs Cleveland)
Higbee (vs Arizona)

* M. Pittman @MIA -- Looks to be the #1 WR here, but the matchup is terrible against two top MIA corners. Wentz banged up. And Miami run D could just be attacked all day with Taylor. Low over under to boot and two slow paced teams. Maybe solid floor but upside seems limited.
* L. Fournette @NE -- Gio is out so Fournette should get the reception work out of the backfield. Could provide a nice floor. Also, this could be a game where Bill B. dares ol' pal Tom Brady to run the ball so they can string out the game (and lower his stats...ego). Then again, TB may just fire away and run the ball a total of 5 times.
* T. Patrick vs. BALT -- Good matchup. Hamler out. Not a ton of targets, but seems as solid as a rock.

Pure gut call as my league combines WR&TE so I don't scout many TEs, but I really like Higbee. All these guys are boom or bust but I love the Rams offense the most and this matchup should be high scoring.
Then I would probably lean Knox over Conklin by a small margin then Schultz, who feels like it's chasing last week's #s.

If Fournette was actually used like the lead back he should be this would be an easy call. As it is Tom Brady is the offense in TB and predicting who will be the beneficiaries every week looks like it is going to be a season long lesson in frustration.
Pittman is on a bad team that may collapse entirely but he is definitely getting good volume and has been pretty matchup proof in PPR.
Patrick is the model of consistency but I worry that his target share didn't budge after Jeudy went down. I also worry that we don't really know what this Denver team is yet as they haven't truly been challenged yet (their first three opponents are still winless).
I go Pittman.

I believe Kittle, Shepard & Slayton are all out.
I don't know what to expect from Aiyuk, he had a fine rookie season but the expectations for this guy have seemed a little inflated to me for most of the off season. He's good and will have explosive games but I am not sure he develops into that consistent 9-10 target #1 WR that many expect. And he definitely hasn't been that guy this season.
I like Golladay this week. He has been getting targets, he has talent and a lot of the competition for targets is out of the picture this week.
If you get a status on Mitchell before you have to make a decision I could see going with Sermon. Otherwise I go Golladay.

After last weeks disaster and the rookie being available Marquise would have to show me something before I actually played him. With Claypool out I would start Johnson.

I'd also add that I have P. Barber waiting in the wings in the case where Jacobs is ruled out (soon). The LAC run D matchup is a sweet one.
To take advantage I was tinkering with the idea of rolling with Fournette. Since TB plays Sunday night that would give me a greater chance of getting a read on the Jacobs situation.
Agreed.... This IS NOT the Williams of the last couple of years. Its a different offense that is featuring Williams. Tough between the other 2 so I go with the one playing the easiest Defense which is Waller....tough to sit Lamb though lolI'm in the same boat with Cincinnati.

Because it's PPR I lean Beasley & Pittman.
Pittman is the clear #1 on his team.
Beasley is really a 1b to Diggs 1a and he is less likely to be negatively impacted if Buffalo goes up big because his game is more about moving the sticks so he will still be a target in run out the clock game plans.
Picking an Arizona is going to be like playing whack-a-mole all season long. He could blow up, he could disappear.

Close call but I lean Brown by a shade because of consistent volume and the matchup. Sanders could get phased out a little more if Buffalo goes up early.
The Broncos D is great on paper but their opponents so far are still winless so their numbers may be a bit inflated.
This is a close one and I could see flip-flopping a few times but I like Brown...for now.
I like Gibson by a decent margin over CEH. KC has a better offense but that can mean CEH being overlooked at times. And CEH did have a good game against the Chargers, KC lost. Andy Reid has a history of occasionally underutilizing his RBs.
Gibson in this one.
I got tons of decisions involving these 5 players in some shape or form against each other in multiple leagues so instead of listing each league I'll ask for them to be ranked. I've talked myself into every single direction so looking for smallest reason to push me.

My thoughts.
Sanders looked to be on verge of breaking out so I don't want to call his game last week a fluke but I don't want to chase points and I think Diggs is due for a monster.
Jacobs I'd normally sit without question with these options and let him show me he belongs in my lineup except he's got a great matchup, plus MNF fun.
Sermon I assume is most peoples last option on this but he's kind of like opposite of Sanders in that he's coming off a subpar game but he's still the lone healthy pure RB on a Shanahan team and I think he plays better, maybe a lot better. Again this is only if Mitchell ruled out.
Pittman's a volume monster lately which normally seals the deal but tougher matchup this week.
Aiyuk's more wildcard but he did a lot better without Kittle last year and if Kittle is active he might be limited.

Jacobs/Sermon even if Mitchell plays everything indicates he has a bum shoulder. Jacobs should play but I would be shocked if he isn't on a pitch count. Even limited Jacobs is a TD machine so if Mitchell plays I like Jacobs, if Mitchell is out I lean Sermon.
I am having a heck of a time figuring out Aiyuk. Group think seems to be this guy is the #1 WR in SF. Kittle is out and other than Deebo there isn't much competition for touches. I think Deebo keeps being the #1 until Aiyuk shows something and he simply has not at this point. For me he stays on the bench until he shows up for real on Sunday, if that means I miss a big game that's okay.

Lamar can beat almost any QB with his rushing but he has been very inconsistent overall. He also has a very tough matchup on paper (Denver could be a paper tiger)
Carr is balling right now and he has been very close on a couple more TDs. This looks like an offense v offense matchup as well.
I'm probably overthinking this and it's tough to ever bench Lamar but I kinda like Carr.

as a Niner fan I think you’re on point here.
Word I’ve been hearing lately (local sports radio) is that it’s a matter of route running & trust with JimmyG. Aiyuk has made things tough on JimmyG by being in the wrong place at the wrong time & Shanny’s offense features a bunch of timing routes. Throwing to a spot works great if the WR runs the route well.
if the WR isn’t at the spot he’s supposed to be, the QB gets hung out to dry.
It was discussed speculatively, and I’m not one to spread rumors, so take it with a grain of salt. But this was speculation as to why Aiyuk hasn’t been as involved & why he was a surprise scratch week 1.
Aiyuk is loaded with raw talent, and his wingspan is ridiculous. He’s fast and a tremendous athlete, and I think he has a bright future. But at this level, playing for this coach, he needs to get his head in the game if he’s going to be successful.
Until then, Deebo & Kittle should both be ahead of him in the pecking order.

LJax & Moss for me.
I don’t think there’s a wrong answer at QB, but LJax rushing should keep him plenty valuable. It’s close though. If you feel like watching Carr on MNF & like having that “last laugh” player, Carr should be plenty solid in prime time.
Regarding the RBs, I’d like to see Jacobs play before I felt comfortable starting him. Moss has been pretty solid lately.
