Can any locals report on how it's looking here for these two games?

Reports indicate rain/wind throughout the game.

Thinking poor weather could act as an equalizer here for both CHI and GB and increase odds of an upset.

Could certainly impact kickers.

Radar is indicating heavy rain moving in and sustaining for awhile. I'd expect a tempered NO gameplan. Kamara and Ingram are great plays IMO.
