Spinoff to the Henry thread:

Just wondering what Travis Henry owners in dyntasty leagues are offering to acquire Mike Bell. In addition, have you received an offer from the Bell owner?

OR

Are you not actively looking to team Bell with Henry?

I'll start

Bell owner offered Bell/3.04 pick for my 1.12 pick. Most likely will reject and look to counter.

I'd keep the 1.12 and draft whoever else they pick up, because I don't see Mike Bell as a threat.

Before the Henry signing, but thought a rook woul dbe drafted or vet signed, I bought Mike Bell for 3.11 and 3.12 rookie picks. Contrary to most, I actually like Henry being there for Mike Bell ... assuming no other signings or drafted rookie RBs. While I recognize that Bell might not be a star of the future, he could be productive with more seasoning, imo. But, if I was offered a "decent" deal for MBell, I would take it. I would take a mid 2nd rounder for him at this time. Maybe that is too much. I do not know. It is all just risk management at this point anyway and MBell is a decent young RB prospect.

I agree with BNugget in that the 1.12 is way too steep
agreed from the start, which is why I said I would be countering.Just was wondering if anyone had been offered Bell or was looking to see him to the Henry owner is all.
I offered Chester and a 3rd rounder and got shot down. I offered Bell on a different trade, and still no consideration. Read all about it in the AC  EDIT: Sorry 'bout that, I've changed my nick for obvious reasons.

If Henry is going to be workhorse that everyone expects him to be, he may break down later in the season. I believe Mike Bell may pay dividends around playoff time.

I won’t be offering him in any of my leagues unless I get a decent RB in return.

If you want to corner the Denver RB market, be prepared to spend a late first/2nd round rookie (first day pick) or late 2nd/3rd round rookie pick (2nd day pick), because I suspect they will go back to their RB drafting ways in April. Also give a roster spot to Andre Hall until you hear they've cut him.

Just 5 minutes ago I dealt Mike Bell away to the Henry owner for Brandon Jones. Standard scoring, no PPR. I feel like getting a possible WR1 for him was a win for me, and the other owner getting his handcuff was a win for him.The list of Denver backup RBs people have had hopes for runs deep. While I had reason to hope last year for Bell to have a future, the Henry signing and rumors they have talked about other RBs coming in even after Henry was signed, plus the presence of Hall, plus a possible rookie, had me very willing to move Mike Bell while there was still some perceived value. Maybe the perceived value will amount to real value, I don't know. But since I'm not the Henry owner, I'd rather not burn a roster spot hoping. Unless you're the Henry owner, Bell is just another backup.

I just traded a rookie mid 2nd for Bell and a rookie 6th. I am not a Henry owner but needed the RB depth and I'm sure Bell will get quite a bit of PT.

If i have Mike Bell Im not selling unless I could get good value for him. I dont trust Shanny or THenry.

When has Henry broken down when he was the workhorse before? I don't recall him missing significant playing time in any of his succesful years - isn't he known as a guy who'll play through pain?

i have henry and asked the bell owner what it would take to get him. He wanted Hines and for bell and a mid 3rd round rookie pick. Because I own Henry, it makes me an easy trading partner, but I will not overpay.

I offered for Mike Bell these 2 players whose contracts have expired and I will need to cut if I cannot trade them.

Trotter, Jeremiah PHI LB

Woodson, Charles GBP CB

no response after 24 hours.

Like I said, he's no better than a 2.04 rookie pick in a dynasty league, or someone like a D Henderson, T Copper, Musa Smith, Chris Perry, Adrian Peterson (chi), etc, etc.
