What does McGahee, LT, TJ, KJ, and close to all starting RBs (1 Viewer)

Ministry of Pain

Almost all starting backs this weekend with the exception of a couple did not cross the goal line. Scoring as a whole had to be down across the board.

T.Jones...120 total yds but no TDs in a 40-7 Blowout!

Rhodes/Addai... 0 TDs against the Titans, what are you gonna do?

SJax...continues to pile up yds...about 120 total

DeShaun...hyped for a big week and racked up 118 yds

Tiki Barber...139 yds

"Cadillac"...111 rushing....probably enough for owners

Maroney/Dillon...very sad owners

L.Jordan...12/71

Frank Gore...piles up 172 yds for the day but no pay dirt.

Edge....115

J.Jones...122

There just were not a lot of TDs. Add in that only 1 QB had over 300 yds, 4 total that reached 250+, and only 3 WR that eclipsed the 100 yd mark and it was simply a rough day for FF onwers. The best part is a new week awaits and we can laugh next weekend at everyone that is running around the SP today with their head cut off talking about things like SD RBBC, a slew of WR that people want to put on the WW, QBs not performing...maybe everyone came down with George Steinbrenner Syndrome over the weekend.

In the top 10 cheatsheet RBs for FBG this week, exactly 2 TDs were produced. 1 was a receiving TD by LJ, and Deuce managed to score, but outside of that it was quiet. A lot of yds but few TDs.

Lamont averages almost 6 yds and that idiot Shell only runs him 12 times.

McGahee ran into a brick wall - he'll be ok

I noticed that as well, what is Shell doing? You would think that Jordan would be getting more touches, he's the best player on that team right now (offensively). It was amazing to see the low output this week for RBs.Next week will be a big rebound.

Fantasy scoring this week definitely seemed down across the board. This week seemed like the week of the defense for the most part.

You forgot to add Chester Tayler to that list.

Although he did have about 5 carries to cross the stripe in two different 'inside the 5' visits and couldn't punch it in, which dissapoints me GREATLY...as I have him in my big money league, and TD's are huge.

But looking at scores in that league, which are generally in the 30's, most everyone had in the 20's this week.

Fargas was gaining more yards than Jordan was so it is kind of hard to fault Shell for that.
Fargas was effective too but that was only a few carries as well - he should have pounded the ball instead of putting it in the hands of their terrible QBs.

This was the lowest scoring weekend EVER in my main league. This is the 6th year of the league.

MOP, when is the week 6 rushing matchups coming out?

That's why I like yardage-heavy leagues- scoring tends to be more consistant (although the top WRs this week were extremely wacky, only something like 8 of the top 25 WRs this week were started in my league).Anyway, I'm in a league where TDs are worth the same as 30 yards rushing receiving (as opposed to the standard 60), meaning yards are twice as valuable (relatively speaking), and it was a pretty normal week for us. Not the best of weeks, but not the worst of weeks, either.
