What is Bowe's current value? (1 Viewer)

With Cassel and the passing game looking better and Bowe being the main target............what is Dwayne Bowe's current value in a redraft league? I'm thinking maybe comparable to:

Hines Ward

Brandon Lloyd

Ocho

Steve Smith (NYG)

Thoughts/Opinions?

Lower than all those guys, simply because they all get more targets, more consistently. He's the dominant option in KC's passing attack, but they don't throw it much at all. They just won a game, putting up 42 points, and Cassel threw 18 passes. 18! A lot of QBs in the league these days have that many completions...by half time.

His entire value to me is TDs. Given how difficult it is to predict those, I'm not positive about his outlook. I am a Chiefs fan, btw.

I completely agree. I didn't expect the KC def. to play so well. If it's a tight game, no way are they throwing. Bowe's value is as a WR3.

:goodposting: I agree with this. I think Bowe will do well when the matchup is good. This should be another good week for him but he may struggle the next couple of weeks after that against Denver & Oakland. I plan on keeping him & starting him on what I feel are the good weeks. I'm not completely sold that he is an every week starter just yet.. hope I'm wrong though as he's looked really good the last two weeks - but it was Houston & Jax

Agree he is at the bottom of that list although I would put Smith north above Ocho. At some point, Ds will start rolling cover over to Nicks.
