What kind of beer is everyone drinking tonight? (4 Viewers)

I'm having North Coast Pranqster. The whole North Coast line has become available in Louisiana :)
Thats great. Between Rasputin and their Stock ale, they could be considered one of the best breweries in the world. Stock Ale 2006 is in the 13% range
I'm excited to try the Old Rasputin. I'm just not much of a stout drinker this time of the year -- but come October/November, I will be all over it.

Kids finally down. Starting off light - 2006 Dominion Millenium barleywine. Four months in the bottle and it's reached near perfection. I could spend the night just smelling this beer, and it tastes even better. One of my all time favorite barleywines.

Currently drinking a Speakeasy Prohibition Ale. Nice hoppy red. Not outstanding, but a solid session beer. The new haul is chilling.

:lmao: Makes me think of the Family Guy episode were Peter and Brian drink all night to win the "golden ticket". Lois comes in and says,"Peter, your drunk!" to which he replies, "I'm not drunk, I'm just exhausted from drinking all night." :lmao:

I'll use that line this weekend, guaranteed.

I have access to a lot of the Speakeasy brew's. Are most of them good? I have yet to try them.

Cool. How is it? I have that (and several other Alaskan brews) heading my way in the next few days when my wife gets back from her cruise.
If she doesn't bring back the smoked porter, divorce her
Based on what she told me she bought, I'd better get in touch with my lawyer. :unsure:I've had it before; just outstandingly balanced. :banned:

The Amber is a very good beer. A nice break from the hoppy brews.

Having an alt. Kind of a letdown after the hoppier beer. Not cold enough either. Guess I'll force it down somehow. :banned:

I've got one in my fridge waiting to be drank...I'm thinking about getting into it. But if there was any beer that paired well with cheese...specifically smoked gouda... thats the one. My cheese stock it low so perhaps I'll wait.
