To be perfectly honest, I'm not at one yet with the terms being tossed about. Up until about six months ago, Michelob lager was pretty much my staple, with a few impulse sixers of imports every now and again.
A friend turned me on to GI a couple months ago, and I immediately fell in love with the green-label IPA. Unlike several beers I've grown to enjoy over time, this was something I liked from the get-go.
Between not knowing a great deal about what makes a quality craft brew and not wanting to become a foil for skunks wrapped in clever packaging, I haven't ventured out much past the GI, Boulevard and Sam Adams families.
