Chimay (I was told white label is the way to go, but I got the purple.) - drinking this now... eh

Rogue Chocolate Stout - will update on that experience when I get to that one.

What kind of beer should I try next?

Please keep in mind I do not care for your everyday twist off the top or crack a can open kind of beer.

Bell's Two Hearted. As for the Chimay getting better, a beer like that is better a little warmer than fridge temp. If you started it right out of the fridge it wasn't at it's best temp.
