Been drinking "Drop Top" pale ale, from Widmer Brewery, Portland. Smoothest beer I have ever tried!!! Just started appearing in Austin about 6 months ago!

I enjoyed a pint of Widmer Hefeweizen with my dinner of corned beef & cabbage at the local Irish pub this evening. I'm gonna try the Drop Top Ale next time.

Geary's Pale Ale.I was impressed.

I prefer the HSA. Have you tried that one?Posting here 'cos btg has been slow as all hell for me today. Just wanted to give props to culdeus for the wee heavy. Good stuff. Very little carbonation though it opened much cleaner than the other one and no gunk buildup. With a little more carbonation I would have a hard time discerning this beer from some out on the market today. Same goes for the IPA. Cheers to your homebrewing ability!Now back to writing the tax memo.

We were chatting about work and he mentioned how busy they were during the holidays because of extra packaging, gift wrapping, etc. Then he mentions something about shipping alcohol. I asked what was the best way to do it. He said, just let me know when you need to ship something and I'll take care of it for you.
