What kind of beer is everyone drinking tonight? (2 Viewers)

Tonight: Victory Twelve. Which I think is my second favorite beer so far -- edging out Chimay (red), but falling behind Foret (from Dupont).I've got some Westmalle, Duvel, Chimay (blue) and Rochefort 6 in the fridge. I just finished off the Twelve, so I need to pick which one I'll pull out next.

I've had Duvel and Chimay, but I've never had Westmalle or Rochefort. The store I just bought them from, though, had them on the shelf at room temperature, which I thought was a no-no for bottle-conditioned beers. So I'm not sure they'll be as good as they're supposed to be. But I guess I'll find out soon . . .I think I'll pull out the Westmalle, and have it with some Comte (cheese).

Duvel, Westmalle, are both great. Roch 6 I haven't had a chance to try yet. The Belgians I buy are all at room temps too, so that might be the norm.You see or already had any Rochefort 8 or 10?

I had a Lindenmans Cassis Lambic (black currant) last night and was extremely disappointed. It didn't taste like beer. It tasted like diet soda.

I picked that over a Gulden Draak at the last second and will now forever regret it.

BW's were not bad. You know, I drink the winters, but I am never terribly satisfied. I am not sure I am a Winter guy. Worst winter beer - Harpoon Winter Warmer. I love Brookyln Chocolate. Brooklyn Brown is possibly my fav brown. Brooklyn lager is so so. Brooklyn Winter...I am undecided, but I feel like I am only buying it because the rest of the Winters suck balls
