What offenses will "put it together?" (1 Viewer)

It seems every year that there are offenses which start out really bad and a light bulb goes on. We saw it last year in KC and Buffalo.

What horrible offenses have the potential to turn the corner?

Indy looks pretty decent with Painter now. They still have weapons and I think they're getting more used to life without Peyton.

Cleveland seems to be overhauling their offensive gameplan on the fly right now and I'm not sure how its going to work. If they can get the passing game cranking and wake up Hillis, they have possibilities.

I like Cinci. Dalton will get better every week and so will Green. The running game is struggling a bit but with any advances in the passing game lanes will get bigger.

I also like SD to improve. Rivers will not play this poorly all year.
