I think alot of teams will take him back..just thinking about his draft spot for next year..I say WW pickup for 2009 after we all see what happens.
I understand your thinking, but he was already punished for what he did by a court of law.. I don't think the NFL can over ride that law. He'll be suspended, won't play in 2009.
what?I understand your thinking, but he was already punished for what he did by a court of law.. I don't think the NFL can over ride that law. He'll be suspended, won't play in 2009.
if you have a opinion make it better then 4 letters.what?I understand your thinking, but he was already punished for what he did by a court of law.. I don't think the NFL can over ride that law. He'll be suspended, won't play in 2009.
Let me clarify - once Vick is released from jail, Goodell will suspend him for a year. At least.I understand your thinking, but he was already punished for what he did by a court of law.. I don't think the NFL can over ride that law. He'll be suspended, won't play in 2009.
Why do people even waste their time here with this kind of reply..add your opinions..thats my main idea here.So far only a Jon-Moore did it correct..makes no difference to me what it is really.. Just thinking about it..geez!

you mean that giantass gambling ring he was running on his property, or the dog torture?I don't think he'll be punished much by the NFL for what happen on his property.
I'm not sure..depends on his state..what state he live in?you mean that giantass gambling ring he was running on his property, or the dog torture?I don't think he'll be punished much by the NFL for what happen on his property.

the fact that roddy white is a stud lets you know how bad of a QB vick is. his pop and cirumstance has left him. good riddance. What I'm not getting is people are saying he'll be suspended again. Isn't he currently serving an NFL suspension? Goodell suspended indefinitely from minute one? He hasn't even gotten the initial suspension lifted yet, which I think he might after he's released from prison because Goodell whole thing is he wants to see the player make obvious changes and rehabilitate... nothing rehabilitates you faster then prison. On him playing next season? I really doubt it... and if he does it's not right of jail because of the media circus that will follow. No team wants to draw that publicity... he didn't have Peyton Mannings QB rating to begin with. I say if he does get a job at all it's out of complete desperation something of what the Lions went through this year when they signed Culpepper. It's going to be an injury riddled team that has no QB left and they'll bring him in for a work out. He's never going to jump back into a starting role, if you guys recall he was on the hot seat as a starter before he even went to prison. Matt Ryans promising rookie season and all of the receivers in Atlanta pretty much summed up what Vick does to an NFL team, limits it. Sure, he has great legs and a strong arm but his accuracy and vision was absolutely terrible. Roddy White didn't have great numbers and was looked at as a bust until Vick was out. Now with Matt Ryan at the Helm and even Redman he put together two solid seasons. Vick will play again in the NFL, but he won't be the face of any franchise... or offered big money, ever again.
I don't think Alanta QB's calls the plays.the fact that roddy white is a stud lets you know how bad of a QB vick is. his pop and cirumstance has left him. good riddance. What I'm not getting is people are saying he'll be suspended again. no ####, if he actually followed the plays instead of bailing, he might have learned something.I don't think Alanta QB's calls the plays.the fact that roddy white is a stud lets you know how bad of a QB vick is. his pop and cirumstance has left him. good riddance. What I'm not getting is people are saying he'll be suspended again. What does "his property" have anything to do with anything.Goodell has yet to bring the hammer down on Vick. One year..... minimum starting in 2009.I don't think he'll be punished much by the NFL for what happen on his property.
Vick or the OP??Three little words:BANNED FOR LIFE
very nicely done..couldn't have said it better myselfguess you lost this year in common sense..well better luck in 2009!hellz_fireflies said:I understand your thinking, but he was already punished for what he did by a court of law.. Ft Leavenworth Kansas maybe? And to answer the original question, undrafted for all of the reasons stated above.thats my problem what state pen?state pen?I'm not sure..depends on his state..what state he live in?you mean that giantass gambling ring he was running on his property, or the dog torture?I don't think he'll be punished much by the NFL for what happen on his property.
Imposing additional league penalties including suspension and even permanent disbarment are within the authority of the commish's office and do not constitute overriding the law.I think it would be ENTIRELY appropriate for Goodell to impose a 1 year suspension given that Vick's money has done everything possible to minimize his time in the legal process and gives the impression of someone going through the motions just to get back on the gravy train. We've heard the typical I'm sorry / I found Jesus stuff from Vick; it would be nice to see some sort of genuine demonstration of remorse.hellz_fireflies said:I understand your thinking, but he was already punished for what he did by a court of law..
