I use a bobby pin and dig in there like a currette. My ears are jacked, tho. I have sinuses like a bulldog and my Eustachean tubes don't drain efficiently. Spent about 6months virtually deaf a couple years ago, until a Surgeon put tubes in my ears like a toddler with glue ear. It worked, but my ears still drain fluid.
