Where is D. Richardson (1 Viewer)

I've went through the list several times to make sure I didn't miss him on there, but he is nowhere to be found. I'm not going to even attempt to compare him and Pead in regards to talent because I haven't seen much of either. My question is this...What gives? Richardson is ahead of Pead on the depth chart. He already has more fantasy points than other RB's ranked from about 104 down. Yet Pead who has yet to have a single carry in the regular season is ranked RB #88 and Richardson is not on the list at all.

Note that even St.Louis RB Brit Miller is on the RB list, but no Daryl Richardson. Just a miss, I'm sure.
