My first thought before opening the thread was Arizona. Seems like the best fit.

Arizona could be a spot, but wouldn't be surprised if they selected Bulger over Donovan. (I know Whiz really wanted him this past offseason but had already hitched his wagon to Anderson).

While I really think he's starting to get a lazy perception around the league, I think some team will pick him up to be a short term starter. I don't expect his stint as starter elsewhere to be as long as his one in Washington.
