2 hours into my day and nothing good again. What happened to this place? I don't even care if it's a fishing trip. The Secret Divorce thread had potential, but he said he won't be back until Monday. Who starts a Friday thread mid week and then doesn't come back to it until Monday? Seems like a bannable action.

On the train this morning, we leave the station, I'm looking down at my phone looking at a long email when we pull into the next station. I think "This doesn't look right, where the #### are we?"

It wasn't just me, everyone around had a look of on their face.

No announcement made, so I walked from the back of the train towards the middle where the conductor car is surrounded by about 50 people.

Verbatim what he says:

"We made a wrong turn, I don't know how we got here, I don't know what is going on, Nobody knows what is going on"

Everyone standing there "Wrong turn? You're on tracks and take the same route everyday for 100 years maroon"

After listening to this idiot for 10 minutes he instructs everyone to cross back to the other side of the platform and take a train two stops back, transfer to another train, go one more stop and then transfer back to the original line at the next stop.

So, a 7 stop ride that shouldn't take more than 15 minutes was a pleasant hour and 15 minutes. But the underground fumes and pollution of the subway make for a pleasant atmosphere as well being on some of the most overcrowded trains ever.

That's an odd story. Getting lost while driving a train sounds like something I'd do.

But this is not where we post Friday threads. Friday threads are threads of their own merit. This thread is simply a reminder to others that I am bored on a Friday and need to be entertained.
