Where to go for a good sysnopsis of how good the D's will be (1 Viewer)

Was looking at my decisions for week 1 and I thought of something. WE spend so much time breaking down the O's we often ignore the D's. I mean I couldn't name carolina's front 4, or even detroits secondary .

Anyone have a good concise site for what to expect out of d's. Generally, don't have time to rad all the IDP threads.

with no historical data (games played with the current lineups) . it's harder to determine what time will be easy to run on, hard to throw on etc...

To clarify this is not "fantasy" D #'s info. but more how effective the D will be at stopping the run, passing, pressuring qb, etc.

1) Strength of Schedule. Are the players your defense going against mistake prone?

2) Does your defense cause a lot of turnovers?

3) Team Speed

4) Return guy for that team if special teams TDs count with the defense

5) Injuries, or lack thereof

A good NFL defense doesn't necessarily translate to a good fantasy defense. A team may be good at stopping the run and defending the pass, but lousy at turning the ball over.
