Which is the best to have as a stash and hold player for 2012 and for 2013 in keeper leagues

Which has best value in PPR?

Not sure any of the 3 are great dynasty prospects. Dwyer and Powell are both opportunity pick-ups for 2012 based on injury amd conventional wisdom, but neither were thought particularly highly of by NFL talent scouts. If Steelers and Jets running game flatlines, I assume both teams will draft RBs next year. But under your scenario, Turbin probably the best option, but he's never played an NFL game. He may end up as uninspiring as the other 2.
