Winner of the thread so far.THIS is all-in, you roster-posting guppies.D. Moore. I used my entire waiver funds for the year on him in my PPR dynasty leagues. He won't make or break my season THIS year, but if he bombs it sucks to have no bucks for the remainder of the season and nothing to show for it.
haha. This may not top that, but to expand on my previous post, I have Reggie Bush as basically a RB1 in a 14 team dynasty. The rest of the team is good enough to be competitive only if Bush puts up 240 points or so.Winner of the thread so far.THIS is all-in, you roster-posting guppies.D. Moore. Your interpitation of "all in" is bound to be different than others. For me, I think guys that I am getting in every league is all in. I don't believe it has anything to do with how risky a move is.Great thread idea. Too many clowns posting their roster. AJ, CJ, VJ, etc. are not "all in" bets. Please.

Why wouldnt you take a guy in the 11th+ round on the cheap with a high floor like an Olsen, Gonzo, Hernandez and back them up with Kendricks? As much as I like Kendricks and thinks he has a breakout year, I didnt draft him as my TE1. Thats your own fault if thats what you did.I've waited on the TE position in nearly every league I play in, so I ended up getting Kendricks in all but one league. The one league where I didn't draft him, I got him off waivers and plan on playing him over none other than Dallas Clark. So yeah, I'm all in on him. If he performs well, I could win every league. If not, then it'll be a struggle to make the playoffs in every league.
I should probably rephrase. No, he's not my only rostered TE in all my leagues. In fact, he won't be starting week 1 on any of my teams. But he's the only guy I have on every roster with my name at the top.So I guess my investment in him isn't as deep as say...someone who has Stafford as their starting QB in every league, or Felix Jones as their RB1. But he's the only consistent piece in all of my teams, and for that reason, I'm clearly "all-in" on his talent. Why wouldnt you take a guy in the 11th+ round on the cheap with a high floor like an Olsen, Gonzo, Hernandez and back them up with Kendricks? I wouldnt start Kendricks in a league where you have a Top 5 TE, but Philly's LBs are atrocious whereas their CBs are stacked, their starting D has struggled in the preseason as a unit, and obviously no STL WR has had a chance to step up. I'm on the fence regarding whether I'll start him over Clark or Olsen, (I forget that I have Witten in one league; definitely not starting him there) but considering all of my leagues allow a TE in the flex, that's probably where he'll end up. Bradford will have to throw to keep up with Philly, and the scrubs that are his outside receiving options will be covered by guys named Asomugha and Samuel. Watch Kendricks go to town on that weak Eagles' linebacker group.7/89/2I wouldnt start Kendricks in a league where you have a Top 5 TE, but Philly's LBs are atrocious whereas their CBs are stacked, their starting D has struggled in the preseason as a unit, and obviously no STL WR has had a chance to step up. So you don't think your team will make the playoffs if your backup TE does not perform well. OK.I should probably rephrase. No, he's not my only rostered TE in all my leagues. I am in the same exact predicament. Here is my post for this thread. http://forums.footballguys.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=608721&view=findpost&p=13493597For some reason, I lost my mind and completely passed on 2 of the top 5 rb's when they were on the board at pick #6 this past Friday in my 12-team ppr. I got immediate jitters at the notion of selecting Foster or Charles and instead went with Andre Johnson and then Hicks later in the 2nd round. The rb's for my squad are Best, DeAngelo, Tolbert, Dan Thomas, and Delone Carter. Yikes.I took major risks this year, waiting on RBs probably 1 too many rounds.
I need 2 of these punks to step up as my RB1 & RB2.
F. Jackson, M. Ingram, D. Thomas, M. Lynch, J. Stewart
Yes, i know im probably screwed.
Sounds like you had a bad draft, lol.Tolbert, Tate or Delone Carter....need one of those guys to approach RB2 numbers because my starters are Rice and Felix Jones....one of them will not finish the season. If I had to go all in - I guess I am going Tolbert.
do 19 leagues, have drafted in 12 so far...
these were targets in my drafts
manningham, hightower, wells, scott, harrison, g olsen, cook, j ford, sims walker, j hill, j simpson
Fun thread..CBenson, Reg Bush, Britt and Stafford have shown up on a lot of my redraft FF rosters... a full season from Mstafford would be interesting for my ff teams season...Great thread idea. Too many clowns posting their roster. AJ, CJ, VJ, etc. are not "all in" bets. Please.
Keep hunting the waiver wire... if hightower starts fumbling his present backup could be a great mined find... Its a long FF season.. and where you finish is more important than were you start.. I have rbush in a league or two and what if he becomes the guy in miami.. not predicting based on past history but its like a bluff in poker.. it might work but you wont know till you try...I am in the same exact predicament. Not analogous, because as Bloom pointed out to those of us who raised this objection after the draft is that McDaniels fingerprints were all on the selection of Kendricks and that McDaniels wants to use Kendricks similarly to the way NE used Hernandez and Gronkowski last season.I like Kenricks also but in what pass happy McDaniels offense has the TE been a big part of his game plan-answer: none'mr roboto said:Not a reach.
