I wanna see what he does with Bortles. Offense can't get worse, can it?Is Gerhart droppable at this point? I hate that the answer has to be yes... :(
Right there with you.Thinking about dropping eric decker. It might be a awhile before he's healthy
You're dropping him now???Jordan Matthews or Eric Decker. Probably Matthews.
Why not drop the hurt wr on the worse offense?Jordan Matthews or Eric Decker. Probably Matthews.
He's one of the other RBs I dropped in favor of Benny Cunningham. Trying to go with youth over name players.Might not be this week but MJD is very close to being dropped
But when healthy, Decker is the 1st option there and will get a lot of targets. Why not drop the hurt wr on the worse offense?Jordan Matthews or Eric Decker. Probably Matthews.

Matthews is still the 3rd receiver in Philly and there are many other receivers there too (Ertz, Sproles, McCoy, etc.)
At least that's the way i'm looking at it...
What did you spend the other $191 of the $200 budget on?Damn near my entire roster. What an abomination of a team I have in a new salary cap league I joined.
RG3 - yes, actually thinking about dropping him. He will never be worth the 9 million I am paying him.
Christine Michael - bought into the hype with him and paid for it. He's my highest paid RB and isn't even active for games. Losing faith. But hey, "there's always next year! (again)"
J-Stew and Toby Gerhart - useless and worthless. All that preseason hype for Gerhart and either he sucks, the line sucks, or both. And J-Stew...injured yet again.
Hakeem Nicks and Kenny Stills - Hakeem Nicks is just not getting the looks in that offense. Too inconsistent to be in a starting lineup. Stills was supposed to be making a move to be the #2 option in the NO passing game. He can't stay healthy either and is also too inconsistent.
Dennis Pitta - may never play football again. What is he...89 years old? My grandparents have stronger hips than he does!
Akiem Hicks - this was another guy that was in line for "a monster year"...he's been invisible.
J. Cyprien - so much hype, so little production in the box scores.
Needless to say, I am 0 - 3 in this league and I'm looking to rebuild already.
I would be worried about how Niles Paul has been looking. He is playing well and has better chemistry with Cousins because they have more reps together in practice. If you have Paul now, and another TE rostered that you can start after Reed gets back and both his and NP's value takes a hit, go for it.Struggling hard with the decision as to whether to drop Jordan Reed. Anyone else jettisoned him?
Yeah, I may have to pull the trigger. I actually hedged my bets by acquiring more TEs off waivers and now have both Donnell and Kelce, either who can start. I cannot keep 3 TEs rostered however; our benches are not that deep. I just hate dropping him if he ends up being a Graham type but he just can't stay healthy...I would be worried about how Niles Paul has been looking. I need a bye week fill in for week 4, but decided to keep him and drop Cook to pick up Owen Daniels for the week.Struggling hard with the decision as to whether to drop Jordan Reed. Anyone else jettisoned him?
I don't have him but might as well see what happens with Glennon for at least 1 week I would think. What are people's thoughts on Vincent Jackson? Anyone still holding out hope?
Yeah, the guy's had 1100 yards and at least 7TDs in 5 of the last 6 seasons. Not going to pull the plug after just 3 bad games. Certainly is getting frustrating, though. Going to bench him this week, so you know he's going to go off.I don't have him but might as well see what happens with Glennon for at least 1 week I would think. What are people's thoughts on Vincent Jackson? Dropped MJD in one league because of the week 5 bye, I only have 5 bench spots. DMC is the starter for the near future anyway.Might not be this week but MJD is very close to being dropped
Im trying to pick him up after being dropped last week.habsfan said:With short bench / tough decisions sure but the arrow appears to be pointing up.LargeMouthBass said:Sankey
Ha ha, basically my exact same situation. Hunter is my WR5 too and I have waiver claims in for PIT and SD.Exactly what I did, dropped Justin Hunter (WR5) for PIT Def (vs. TB;@JAX)Same here. Probably for a second defense. Who would have thought!Might have to part with justin hunter, really had high hopes this season.
I was so ready throw this garbage out with his poor week 3 performance. Bortles changes things a bit (I hope). I too will hold on for 1 or 2 more weeks.steveski said:Im going to try to hold for another week or two. I'm definitely not dropping the guy, that's for sure.ShamrockPride said:What are people's thoughts on Vincent Jackson? Anyone still holding out hope?
Agreed. At least give him a chance with Glennon taking over.I'm definitely not dropping the guy, that's for sure.ShamrockPride said:What are people's thoughts on Vincent Jackson? Anyone still holding out hope?
he is definately a unicorn - The second you drop him he will go for 10/200 and 2-td's.Jeremy said:Yeah, the guy's had 1100 yards and at least 7TDs in 5 of the last 6 seasons. Drop that man!!!Mr. Nasty said:Thinking of kicking Tom Brady to the curb. I have Russell Wilson and Cousins (start only 1 QB). Haven't been able to pull the trigger yet due to his past...and thinking that he might get things in order.
I hope I don't stay up too late wondering if Taliaferro is going to be the WW add of the yearI have my claims in and I'm letting bothRidleyand Wright go.
Ridley will be inconsistent at best and I have Pierre as my RB3 right now. I know his ceiling is much lower but he will get me enough points in the weeks that I have to use him, whereas Ridley will probably be up & down all season.
Wright has Justin Hunter throwing to him, no thanks, not anymore at least. It looks like that passing game can get shut down pretty easily. I feel comfortable relying on Greg Jennings to be my WR 3.
These are some tough guys to drop, but any team that rushes to get them hopefully starts them against me when they put up their stinkers.
EDIT: couldn't pull the trigger on Ridley, god help me
I would hold/am holding West.I'd skip over Taliaferro, I think he's back to the practice squad
Thoughts on dropping Terrance West, Trent Richardson, or Knile Davis? I'm 0-3 and need to stream a defense and tight end or risk falling further into the hole. Leaning towards West and Richardson. I still think Richardson could be good.
I don't think he will go back, seeing as Rice is GONE, and not coming back. He showed what he is capable of, Forsett is expendable.I'd skip over Taliaferro, I think he's back to the practice squad

That is the question I'm wondering this week. I'm going back and forth with present opportunity but limited talent (Asiata), need (Larry Donnell) or potential great add (Taliaferro).I hope I don't stay up too late wondering if Taliaferro is going to be the WW add of the year
I believe situations like this is why the "Pro's" are hesitant to go "QB early", because its akin to the RB position in relationship to next man up. This isn't like WR for instance where the BN guy become the fill-in at the flanker spot.Mr. Nasty said:Thinking of kicking Tom Brady to the curb. I have Russell Wilson and Cousins (start only 1 QB). LOL I have Taliaferro in my Lineup TRich is like my RB2-ish player tooI don't think he will go back, seeing as Rice is GONE, and not coming back. He showed what he is capable of, Forsett is expendable.I'd skip over Taliaferro, I think he's back to the practice squad
