Who does Champ Bailey cover today? (1 Viewer)

OK - for the last time - Champ Bailey lines up against the WR on the outside of the right side of the offense - he is always lined up on the left side of the field.

:goodposting: can we get a post pinned that states this very fact? :lmao: This really gets old!

I have see you say this before, and have no doubt it is true.Again not doubting you just wondering two things:1-Who does/will Pitt put up against Champ? I would put Ward on the opposite side and fire away. They must have seen how Wayne exposed that last week.2-Why would Shanny not move him around the field? Seems it would be harder to game plan vs. him.Hope my questions aren't dumb.

Hines moves all over the field.

I explained #2 in another thread - Champ covering the WR on the right side of the O forces right handed QB to throw across body to WR on the left, it allows DLs and blitzers from the QBs' blind side to rush the passer and not have to play passing lanes as much, and I am sure there are run defense reasons for it, but I haven't figured those out.

Not a dumb question, just gone over repeatedly (esp. before last week's game).
