If San Diego only tenders him at a first rounder..........Michael Turner.
If SD only tenders him at a first rounder then AJ Smith should have been fired, not Schotty. Also, Baltimore will have to fight a few other teams, like the NYJ, for Turner if he only costs a 1st-rounder and you don't need to work out a trade, just sign him to a big offer.
I think Anderson gives Baltimore a lot of flexibility, but I think they'll keep their eyes out for a Chris Brown or Tatum Bell to add to their mix.

RB Cory Ross may become a weapon out of the backfield next season. Ross will be entering his second season, and he showed some flashes last year in training camp and during the preseason. Ross is quick and has good acceleration. He is able to dart in and out of holes, and carries his pads reasonably well for a small back (5-6, 201). Ross has decent hands as far as catching the ball, and the Ravens certainly need a threat on passing situations. Besides his size the most glaring problem for Ross has been fumbles, but that can be corrected through coaching.
