A mediocre RB or WR always puts up big points in week one due to playing a terrible defense. I want that player (for trade bait)!

From what I've seen pre-season, Carolina looks pretty bad. Cardinals may have a huge opening week...

But I'm not a defense guru like some others on the board - who are the worst defenses this year?

When healthy, Carolina's D is actually supposed to be pretty good. Keep an eye on the Giants Defense. Still OK right now, but a couple more injuries away from looking like the CC Brown squad from the 2009 season.

Yup, don't know if they'll slide, but I'm taking Beanie or Benson in the 6th if they're there for this exact reason. Beanie is a 1 week sell, I may keep Benson for a few (about a 5 week opening cake schedule) and then move him.
