Who Ya Dropping for Morris/McFadden? (1 Viewer)

Nobody. Zeke is 56th among RB in yards before contact.

O line is worse.

Will be a time share so you have 2 flex type plays for 6 weeks

Bleh.

Time share describes most NFL teams now, so someone is likely to get points worth starting. (I'm betting on Morris)

6 weeks is almost the rest of the FF season.

O line is a concern, sure, but this is still the best RB waiver opportunity to come along in several weeks.

Agreed on all counts -- I think Morris has as much chance as McFadden to get lion's share of the split carries (or simply do much better with them), and with someone in the league nabbing McFadden and the Cowboys on a bye, I'm deciding whether to dump Collins now for Morris or risk waiting this weekend to see if Collins can show a spark (and BAL uses him more) and if not try to nab Morris in waivers.

I think that Morris may not last  on waivers that long, though.

I already have both but now I need to drop somebody to pick up a kicker damnit.

Only option is really D. Henry who I'm holding as a lottery ticket. Or, D. Parker (who just has too much talent to drop).

This is exactly what I did...reasoning being we have a data point on Collins' potential future usage from last week's game and it appears he is solidly behind Allen...plus he is a fumble away from completely riding the pine and putting up a 2-spot...plus no GL carries w/o Allen injury.

Morris IMO is more likely to both get GL carries and better offense (therefore more GL opptys), even with some yardage split with DMC.

Plus I wanted to potentially use Morris as trade bait for EZE owner.

Who knows. Collins has looked good when had chances.

Dropped Gallman in one for Morris. Dropped my kicker in another for McFadden. I'm so stacked at RB in the last one though so I will end up dropping McFadden for my kicker and keep Collins and McGuire in that one. I won't need any so I'd rather try for higher upside players.

Picked up Morris already in preparation for something happening with Zeke but dropped him already right before the news came out to add CLE QB Hogan as my QB crew is gimpy.

(Keeper/Dynasty) I also dropped a kicker for Morris (DMC already taken, but Morris is my preferred choice anyhow) as a temporary place holder to give me a couple of days to try to create space.

If things don't change, I am looking at dropping Ajayi, Trubisky (I have qb issues and so don't want to let Trubisky go until he has had 2 or 3 weeks to show promise) or Morris himself (to get a kicker).  D. Henry would be my third option for a drop, but I am less ready to give up on him than on Ajayi at this point.

You are dropping Ajayi ahead of Henry? That's insane in my opinion.

I have considerable depth at RB (L. Bell, D. Martin, A. Abdullah, and J. MckInnon) and have both DMC and Alf. I may just bag both DMC and Alf, keep Henry, and attend to other issues (like getting a kicker and maybe...replacing A. Cooper with a T. Gabriel pickup).

Pain in the neck. Should never have drafted Zeke.

It is a keeper league.  I have been frustrated with Ajayi's consistency (50 yard games without tds)... I held (from last year) hoping that his inconsistencies (200 yard games or even 100+ yard games) would become closer to the norm.  In the offseason, it seemed that Miami was making improvements that would allow them to feed Ajayi more.  So far, that has not played out.  While that could turn around, especially given Ajayi's knee issue, I feel (though I try to insert logic into the equation) that DHenry is a better long term value as we move into 2018 and beyond. Of course I realize that DHenry has looked less than stellar in his limited ops this year so I am less than enthused with both backs.  Best case scenario for me would be to be able to trade either Ajayi or Henry today/tomorrow.  I have been chewing on the Dallas situation and am leaning more and more toward tossing Morris back into the pond in lieu of dropping any of my current players.

Drafting Ezekiel was a calculated risk.  Sometimes we win those, sometimes we don't.  Assuming (redraft and) that you did not draft him in round 1, I don't think you can fault yourself.  At the end of the day, this is a game much dependent upon luck.  Ezekiel in the 2nd or later is a good decision even if it's looking like it might not give the desired return on investment.
