Why is Favre so low in the rankings? (1 Viewer)

Projections have Favre really low this week even with the injuries to the NE secondary. Who is starting him this week and over who? I am currently starting him over Romo, but have my doubts with the 3 rookie o-linemen. My buddy is from Boston and says to play Favre all the way as the NE defense is struggling lately.

Think concerns over ankle and groin injuries have dropped him this week. Favre usually plays through these types of injuries and think he could have a good game but playing McNair over him in one league and Vick over him in another as don't like to fool around with knicked up guys if don't have to.

Can you say set lineup Favre/Romo/Romo/FavreThat has been my dilemma all week. I wish they were both playing the late game.I have both Driver and Owens at WR - a meltdown by either QB can cost me big time here so I am approaching at that level. I am going with Romo . The reason I am starting Romo is because I feel like that on their best day, N.E. can shut GB down - even with a banged up secondary and they will come into this game with a large attitude after getting their hat handed to them by the Jets. I am not super comfy with this pick but it is where I am at.

I am starting him with confidence over Jake Plummer and Chad Pennington (Damn you QBBC gods! ).

Honestly, I like his chances against NE with their secondary issues. In games where Ahman has played, Favre has done pretty well. Jennings is playing. Driver is hot. Favre will have all his weapons.

Prediction: 286 yds, 2 tds, and a Packers win.

I am starting him over Bulger.

I will add my opponenet has Brady and this is the only game I am getting here. I am starting him for entertainment value more then anything else. I am also a little worried about Bulger. I have a feeling that he may be done.

Harrison, Wilson, and Samuel are out for the Pats. I don't understand why Favre is ranked so low this week and I don't understand why his ranking hasn't inched up with all of these players being declared inactive.
